First I wish I could take the view from the balcony and the swing home with me! Everything was very clean and well stocked. The communication from Shantel was great from beginning to end. We have stayed at many places and never had a full tour like we did when we arrived of how everything works and where it’s located. Larry was amazing with transportation. If you are not renting a car ask about airport transport. It was very reasonable and Larry has a lot of knowledge. The location was perfect. The condo is very roomy for 4 adults, although we wish there had been a shower in the 2nd bathroom.We were disappointed in the check-in process. We were under the impression that after providing all of the requested travel info (flight number, arrival time, rental car info) that we would have access to the condo as soon as we arrived after 12 hours of travel (around 3:30pm). That was not the case. We ended up waiting by the pool in our travel clothes for over an hour because the condo was not ready. The door magically unlocked at 5pm sharp (despite the check-in time online stating that it would be 4pm- or earlier with communication to mgmt).Communication was good until we arrived. I received a text saying that they probably would not respond to me b/c they were busy and they were not kidding. Fortunately the valet and the people working at the front desk were helpful when a problem did arise (shower door got stuck…with me in it!)We had to check out at 10am and rented a room at the Hilton for the day (which was an excellent experience) since our flight did not leave until 10pm. If we had to do it all over again, I would arrange to arrive later and leave earlier. Overall, we had a nice stay and really enjoyed the convenience of the location and the beautiful views from the balcony. ##### Janet N. The location was great as we were walking distance from lots of shops, restaurants, and the beach! Furniture was comfortable too. When you are staying in Waikiki this is the way to go! Our stay here was so perfect! It was right off the strip and our kids were able to just come and go as they pleased-from heading to the beach, the pool or just walking the strip at night, we had everything right at our finger tips.
