Near beaches, restaurants, shops, access to transportation? We are a short walk from iconic Waikiki Beach. The studio also has great city and ocean views to enjoy day and night. With a full kitchen you can enjoy eating in after busy sightseeing days. The apartment has 1 Queen bed, smart TV, fast/reliable WiFi. There is also a sofa bed. Two beach chairs & 1 beach umbrella also available. Assigned parking spot with reservation. We respect the privacy of our guests and are available by text or telephone if needed. Since we are in the center of action in Waikiki, please expect urban noise including traffic, music from bars/restaurants, and pedestrian activity. Waikiki is a famous Honolulu neighborhood on Oahu's south shore, blending urban energy with a classic Hawaiian beach experience. Its iconic beach is perfect for surfing, swimming, and sunbathing. The area is a hub for water activities, shopping on Kalakaua Avenue and at major centers like the International Market Place, and dining. Visitors can hike Diamond Head for stunning views, explore Kapiolani Park and the Honolulu Zoo, or discover marine life at the Waikiki Aquarium. It's a vibrant, walkable, and dynamic destination. We are located in the Marine Surf Waikiki on the 20th floor. The building is centrally located on Seaside Avenue and Kuhio Avenue. The International Marketplace is a block away. Kalakaua Avenue is also a block away with a number of restaurants, shops, hotels, and main public access to the beach. You can walk to almost anything from our location, including Diamond Head Crater (about 60 minutes), Ala Moana Shopping Center (25 minutes), Honolulu Zoo (20 minutes), and many more attractions. The assigned parking spot for the unit is located in the basement level of the building. Access to this level is from the Kuhio Avenue entrance to the building. The studio was upgraded in 2023 with new furniture to provide a comfy, clean, and bright experience for guests. It has 1 queen bed with comfy, new mattress, a pull-out sofa, plenty of storage space, places to plug in your devices, sizable table for eating and a separate desk for work. The kitchen has a stove, microwave, full refrigerator/freezer, and a number of small appliances and cooking essentials. The large size TV has both digital cable and access to your favorite TV apps through Roku. The bathroom has a large tub/shower and vanity with drawers and medicine cabinet. The lanai has a bar height table and 2 chairs on which to enjoy morning coffee, lunch or dinner. The Bus has many stops along Kuhio Avenue and Kalakaua Avenue that make it easy to get around town. Car rental agencies are nearby so you can pick up a vehicle when needed. We offer an assigned parking spot for your convenience. Beginning October 27, 2025, the building will undergo an exterior renovation project (concrete repair and painting) lasting approximately 6–12 months. Work will occur Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, and guests should expect daytime noise, dust. The lanai doors will be locked so you cannot access them during the work. The Pool will be closed during the renovation project. We appreciate your understanding during this period. Please note that we are centrally located, in an urban setting so there will be noise from bars, restaurants, traffic. The music from the nearby establishments can be loud. Also note that as per Oahu Ordinance 22-7, we are only allowed to accommodate a maximum of 2 adult guests in this unit. STR#1071 Please note that reservations starting on January 1, 2026 will be subject to an increased transient accommodation tax.
