Pool, Lanai, Near Beach & Zoo, You want a vacation. You NEED a vacation!!!! Or maybe you have some work in Honolulu (lucky you), visiting family or considering a move to paradise (again, lucky you). You want a clean home-away-from-home with a great location, enchanting views, many amenities, and NO RESORT/HIDDEN FEES!!! Well, this piece of paradise at Waikiki Beach with ocean and full Diamond Head view is the perfect place for you! We remodeled with new kitchen appliances, tile flooring, and cabinets with granite counters. It is a comfy 600-square-foot condo that sleeps up to four people. It has one bedroom, one bath, a full kitchen, a living room and a private lanai (balcony). The bedroom has two queen beds, and the living room has a queen-size sofa bed. The swimming pool and hot tubs are not available for the remainder of 2025, so we discounted our rates. This unit is on the 27th floor, so construction noise is minimal, not noticeable at all with the A/C on. While the on-site pool is closed, just up the street you'll find a large, lifeguard-protected saltwater swimming pool (see the photo with the bright umbrellas). It's ideal for swimming, wading, and relaxing—very child-friendly. On the Diamond Head side of the pool is the Wall, one of the island's top boogie-boarding spots and perfect for beginners. Next to the Wall is Queen's Beach, where you'll enjoy a beautiful beach with shade trees, boogie-boarding, and snorkeling at the Waikīkī Marine Life Conservation District, which fronts the beach. The room comes with free private WIFI, flat-screen TV, cable TV, all linens, beach towels, a full-size refrigerator, stove, stove with pots and pans, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, toaster, dishes and utensils, iron and ironing board, two (or more) full-size boogie boards, two (or more) Tommy Bahama backpack beach chairs, and a small beach cooler. The full kitchen contains all you will need for your stay: plates, glasses, silverware, a full-size stove, a full-size refrigerator, a microwave, a rice cooker, pots and pans, etc. We also have a Pack 'n Play available for a small child. We provide a parking pass that gives you one free unassigned parking stall in the onsite parking garage with full in-and-out privileges. If you need to do some work during your visit (or have a lot of photos to share), we've installed your own private, free high-speed internet and Wi-Fi, so you don't have to share the network. This unit is in the very popular Waikiki Banyan condominium, offering great amenities, and is located just a 5-minute walk from one of the world's most famous beaches! A large recreation deck on the 6th floor has a swimming pool, spa/hot tub, sauna, barbecue grills, tennis court, children's playground and snack bar. Every floor of the building has a trash chute and a coin-operated laundry. It is also close to the Honolulu Zoo, Kapiolani Park, Waikiki Aquarium, Waikiki Marine Life Conservation District, restaurants, live music venues, surfing, swimming, snorkeling, boogie boarding, hiking, farmers markets and many more fun activities. It is within easy walking distance of the new International Marketplace, as well as popular spots like Duke's, Cirque de Soleil's Auana, Blue Note jazz club, grocery stores, hundreds of shops, and more. If you have been to Waikiki before, you will appreciate that this property comes with FREE PARKING. La vue sur Diamond Head est extraordinaire! Le condo est très grand on a apprécié pour une famille de 4\. Les points faibles : le condo manque d’amour tout est vieux et désuet. Nous avons manqué de plusieurs choses. Bien que le propriétaire était très communicatif et toujours disponible c’est désagréable de devoir demander des choses simples comme du papier de toilette, des sacs pour la poubelle… Les ascenseurs de l’immeuble c’est un désastre ! Nous étions au 27ieme étage donc on a passé plusieurs minutes à attendre les ascenseurs qui sont sans cesse sollicités!!! Nous avons quand même passé un beau séjour! ##### Audrey M. We loved that we could see Diamond Head and a glimpse of the ocean. The building is right beside the Hilton and one building behind the ocean front Marriott so it was an easy walk to the beach to watch sunset and grab a bite to eat. Everything was very clean, organized and well stocked. We didn’t do a beach day but literally everything was provided to do so! Communication with host was excellent. Beautiful view of Le Ahi from the lanai. The owner, Steve, was helpful and had great communication from booking to checkout. He sent an awesome information packet with tons of great suggestions and everything we needed to know- not just about the condo, but the whole building and the Waikiki area. We had to call the owner and the housekeeping resort. 2\. The bathroom had a musty/urine smell. I had to messge the owner to inform him and he had housekeeping come and clean the bathroom. 3\. We came back and found a brand new lock on our door without no notice and again was unable to get into our room and I had to call the owner and housekeeping resort. 4\. The code we had been using did not work for us to get into our room. I messaged and called the owner, I also called the housekeeping resort and was not able to get through. We eventually were able to get in. This was all very frustrating. When I complained to the owner he said he didn't know the lock was being switched and the resort said the owner was aware. I will not stay again at the resort. This was all very frustrating because the lock switch out should of been done on our departure. I was scared to leave our room because of all this. It had everything we could possibly need: beach chairs, water toys, and an ice cooler, making our beach days effortless and fun. The location was perfect, and the space felt like our own little piece of paradise. Steve Marcotte was incredibly helpful both before and during our stay, always quick to answer questions and provide helpful tips. His friendly communication made the whole experience even better. The property was very close to Waikiki Beach about 3-5 minutes walk. The location was close to nice restaurants and you can see ocean and Diamond head from the property. The property had all the things that were advertised in the advertisement. Our time was made more enjoyable by staying at this property. The host is very nice and kind, the property had all the things that you will need to spend your vacation with kids or without kids. The check-in process was very smooth. Wi-Fi in the apartment was pretty good too. Overall, awesome vacation rental. I highly recommend. ##### Ajay R. My siblings and I had a FANTASTIC stay at Steve's Waikiki Banyan condo! Very clean, lots of space, all the amenities we needed and a gorgeous view of the mountains and ocean. The condo was older but had everything we could have needed including a parking spot. It was just a block from the beach which was nice for those evening strolls. The view is not as good as the listing states, but if you don't need to see much of the ocean, then this is a great condo. There is a wall that blocks the view unless you're standing in the left side of the balcony or are in the bedroom. The kitchen has all the pots, pans, etc that you need. Lots of light from the floor to ceiling windows. Comfy couch and comfy bed. Nice bathroom. Good location just two blocks from the beach. My family and I really enjoyed our stay at Steve's rental. It has a great view of Diamond Head and was more comfortable than I expected. The kitchen allowed us to prepare meals for ourselves and the location enabled us to walk to everything Waikiki has to offer, and the free parking was a great bonus! ##### Zachary N.
