This unit is located in a building that is within the designated Resort Zone, and therefore eligible for short term vacation rentals This awesome unit has a King size bed (or 2 twin size beds), flat screen TV, a well equipped full kitchen with dishwasher, and a large bathroom with wash/ dryer. The spacious lanai has 2 tables and chairs, overlooking panoramic ocean views, beautiful sunsets, and spectacular firework display on Friday nights. We operate the whole year round and offer affordable rates for the various Seasons. Please refer to the Rate Section for details. Maximum occupancy for this unit is 2 persons. Only registered persons permitted to stay in unit. Unauthorized persons staying in unit will be immediately evicted and a $200 fine imposed. Free WIFI Rates do not include a parking permit (if available) to park across the street at a discounted rate with in / out privileges. There is no resort fee.
