Amazing Diamond Head and Ocean Views, Prime Location-Free High Speed Wifi

  • The studio is located just steps away from the broadest and sandiest beach in Waikiki, world class shopping and dining.

    The unit is remodeled, fully equipped studio condo with one full bath. Comfortable Queen size bed and mattress to ensure a good night’s sleep after a fun day in the sun.

    There is a small, fully equipped kitchenette with microwave, built-in electric smooth cook top and under-counter refrigerator if you prefer to enjoy some of the meals in the condo. Unit has AC, free wifi, wall mounted LCD TV. Please note that TV cable service is not included, however you can still connect your own streaming service to the TV.

    You will enjoy beautiful views from your private lanai, overlooking Diamond Head, Waikiki Beach, the ocean and Kapiolani Park. We also provide beach towels and beach chairs to use while staying at our unit.

    Have your morning coffee, breakfast or afternoon drinks on the lanai and relax while enjoying the views.

    You will also have access to the large sundeck with panoramic views on the 10th floor, a large laundry room in the basement, private pool and 24 hour front desk and security and boarding pass printing station.

    🍽️ There are many restaurants and cafés within walking distance from the building to choose from, as well as lots of shopping and nightlife.

    Award Winning Teddy’s Bigger Burger is located on the first floor of the building. Hula's Bar & Lei Stand is located on the 2nd floor and it may get noisy at times. Light sleepers may notice music coming up from the bar in the evening hours, so please be aware of this prior to booking. Starbucks to pick up your morning coffee is just steps away.

    There are also many equipment rental shops to pick up snorkeling gear as well as a surf school. ABC and other convenience stores are just minutes away.

    The neighborhood:

    Outdoor activities are countless from this location. Restaurants and international shopping are bountiful nearby. Fast food to award winning dinning are all walking distance. Enjoy the unique Kapahulu Avenue for dinning and shopping with the locals. Hawaiian food, Hawaiian artifacts and Hawaiian clothing are all available withing walking distance. Two blocks from the public library and a botanical garden and a short distance to Diamond Head Theater or the Saturday Farmer's Market nearby Diamond Head at the Kapiolani Community College.


    🚗 Transportation and Parking:

    Bus stop is just steps away from the lobby. You can take the bus pretty much anywhere on the island, it is very convenient.

    Parking is available in the building, the daily rate is $40+tax/day, and advance reservations are recommended due to limited spaces. There is also metered parking at the Zoo across the street as well as free parking around nearby Kapiolani park.

Absolutely recommend to future guests! View from the room was directly across from Diamond head with some beach views, excellent location steps from the beach, food, shopping, entertainment, the zoo, and convenience stores. Very comfortable room, comfortable bed, has everything you need including beach chairs. Everything was perfect and went very smoothly. Bar and restaurant inside of the location. Very convenient parking. Would absolutely stay again! Mahalo!

Great time at a great location

We really enjoyed staying here during our time in Waikiki. The location is great and close to the beach. We utilized some of the free overnight parking at the park across the street. We would definitely stay here again if we come back!

Such a great time!

Literally so close to the beach and diamond head. I loved relaxing on the balcony and enjoying the Hawaiian sunsets on our downtime. Definitely coming back here to stay next time we visit Oahu :)

The room and communication with host were very good. But, I did not see anywhere in the listing to expect loud, startling, bass beat in your chest noises all night long. This place would be ideal for a young couple looking for an all night party. I actually had to find other accommodations as it was so intolerable.

Great location!!

We have stayed at the Grand Waikīkī 2 years ago and love the cleanliness of the building and the great location. The only problem for us was the street noise and the loud music from the bar on the 2nd floor.

Convenient location

Very easy to get to everything in Waikiki! The property needs some work but the views off the sundeck are amazing and the staff at the bar on the second floor are very nice and provide great service.

Anniversary get away

Beautiful views of Diamond Head from the balcony and beach. Short walk to the beach one ocean with a Starbucks on the corner across the street from the beach. Who could ask for anything more.

Great location to lots of fun things to do! Beach is just across the block! Very limited bathroom space was the only issue. No place to put bathroom items that are needed for self care.

The property itself was great and we were well taken care of. Perfect location to get in and out of. Kitchenette made it easy to have meals in the room. The Bar on the 2nd floor went until 2 am every night and the walls vibrated until then....

Great Economy Stay

This place is an excellent stay for the money. Yes, the night club plays music until late and one night it was extremely loud until after 1 am. Just run the AC to drown it out and the location can be loud with street noise but you are so close to beach and great eats. Super clean, so for the cost, it’s well worth it!

VRBO in Waikiki

The property looked even better than in the photos and we were very impressed by how immaculately clean it was. It is very tastefully decorated and everything we needed during our stay was thoughtfully provided for. The location was great since we could walk everywhere in Waikiki and plenty of good restaurants were close by. We were also grateful to have the wonderful kitchenette so we could have our breakfasts out on the balcony. I would certainly highly recommend this property to anyone who might be looking for a great place to stay in Waikiki.

Perfect property

This property was exactly as listed and all we needed! It was the perfect location and close to everything. We were able to walk to everything in Waikiki. We did rent bikes, took a trolley, and used Uber for the locations further out. The check in process was easy, the host was available to chat even though it really wasn’t needed, check out was easy, and most of all we felt secure at this location. Would highly recommend this place!

Loved Our Stay!

This property was just perfect for us! Bed is comfortable, kitchenette was great for light meals and snacking, AC was cold. All very clean. The greatest advantage this property has is it's location. The view of Diamond Head from the balcony is awesome. The beach is steps away. Bus stops are very close by and dining and shopping can all be found within walking distance. It was great being here!

Sehr schöne Wohnung, super gelegen am Diamond Head. Wohnung war sehr sauber und gepflegt, die Vermieterin hat super schnell und geantwortet und reagiert. Ein Kritikpunkt sind die Fenster, die sehr undicht sind, man hört jedes Wort, das auf der Straße gesprochen wird, als wäre es im Zimmer. Die Fenster sollten unbedingt mal neu werden. Ansonsten ist das ganze Haus sehr gepflegt und es herrscht eine absolut angenehme Atmosphäre dort.

Great location but very loud at all hours!

You can't beat this location with such easy access to the beach, restaurants, shops, and good coffee! However, this room is just above a bar restaurant that cranks music late into the night and just off of a very busy street where buses stop and release their airbrakes. There was also a parking lot just across from the room that motorcycles used to hangout and see how loud the could get their exhausts to sound. If you are a light sleeper, this is not the place for you.

Edge of paradise

Great location. We took the bus almost everywhere, very easy access. Having the balcony and kitchen were both wonderful. There is an open air bar two stories below. We enjoyed having the evening backdrop of music, but very light sleepers may need to close the balcony door and turn on the air conditioner to sleep.

GREAT STAY

Enjoyed my stay very much. It was close to the venue where my conference was, and had everything I needed. I could hear the music from the night club 2 floors down, but not enough to cause loss of sleep, etc. I had a very minor issue with the TV, but the owner was on it immediately, and it was resolved. I would definitely return.
