Be one of the first to stay at this freshly remodeled and designer furnished/decorated 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo in a world famous Ilikai Hotel. This luxury beach themed condo offers breathtaking ocean and Sunset views that can be enjoyed from this 4th floor condo.  
We put a lot of attention to details to make sure our guests enjoy their vacations to the fullest and at the same time feel like at home.  
  
Whole place is tastefully furnished with high-end imported furnishings from Europe and Southeast Asia with 60” Samsung smart TV that will allow you to enjoy cable TV, Netflix, etc. Recessed dimmable lighting will allow you to create a romantic atmosphere while you are enjoying your glass of wine and beautiful sunsets every night. The open kitchen features beautiful quartz countertops and backsplash and is fully equipped and completely stocked with everything you need to prepare simple to gourmet meals. High-end water-resistant vinyl flooring is installed throughout the condo.  
This floorplan is ideal for families who wants to spend quality time together after memorable day in Hawaii or just relax by sitting in spacious lanai and enjoying beautiful Hawaiian sunsets, city, marina and ocean views. This is the best place to experience July 4th fireworks from your own balcony.  
This condo sleeps 4 people: comfortable queen- size sleeper sofa in the living room and Eastern King size bed in the bedroom.  
The bedroom features comfortable Eastern King size bed and spacious closet for all your clothes and luggage. We also offer you small space for your work and separate TV if you want some privacy. Go to bed or wake up in the morning with stunning city and ocean views. The bedroom is totally separated from living room to give you a complete privacy.  
Highly upgraded bathroom features subway tiles, anti-fog mirror with lights and beautiful vanity with tasteful quartz countertops.  
Our guests will appreciate and enjoy the comfort, high-end modern upgrades and finishes throughout this beach condo. Every detail including modern high-end furnishings, brand new split AC, comfortable bed, blackout drapes, is thoughtfully designed and executed to ensure a comfortable and memorable stay at this luxury accommodation. Experience what others only dream about in this serene setting.  
  
The iconic Ilikai Building is centrally located next to Hawaiian Hilton Village that features public lagoon perfect for kids, Waikiki Beach with popular surfing spot just across the street from Ilikai. Ala Moana beach and park (great for swimming or running) with public tennis and beach volleyball courts, Ala Moana shopping center and all Waikiki attractions and restaurants are within walking distance or scroll around on BIKI bikes with 100 of station around the city.  
The Ilikai Hotel offers 2 swimming pools, beautiful and spacious lobby with Aroma Coffee Shop serving Hawaiian coffee, famous Acai bowls and breakfast. Also, Cinnamon’s restaurant is a very popular spot for tourists and locals serving delicious food and drinks. Dave’s Ice Cream also is a must. Enjoy Hula Show and Hawaiian music from Ilikai lobby before heading to Friday night firework at Hilton Hawaiian Village lagoon. Building provides valet services for $28/ day with in and out privileges. Concierge service is also available to store your bags should you arrive earlier or leave late at night.  
There is a convenience store in the lobby for snacks and drinks. For larger grocery shopping visit Foodland Farms (best poke in town) located in Ala Moana shopping center (corner of Ala Moana Blvd and Piikoi Street) or brand-new Whole Foods in Ward Center.  
Should you have any questions or recommendations please refer to Guest Manual located in the condo or do not hesitate to ask us. We live in Hawaii for over 20 years and would be happy to share Aloha spirit with you.  
  
Car is necessary here. Uber works great here and ride from the airport should cost you around $ 30-$ 40 one way depending on traffic.  
Building provides valet service for $ 35/day. Self parking is available for $ 23/day. There is metered parking around the building for $ 1/hour.  
Biki bikes also very popular and you can get around town easily with download of an app.  
Plus you will be located very centrally where you can walk to many restaurants, entertainment and beach is 2 min away.

Smoking  
Smoking is prohibited in all Ilikai condos and balconies. Smoking inside of the unit or balcony will result in a loss of security deposit.  
  
AC  
We kindly ask to turn off AC when you are not at home. Please close balcony doors when you are using AC.  
  
Internet   
The Internet username and password are written on the modem (black box with a white sticker in front of it). If you have any issues connecting please make sure you entered correct username and password. If you still are having problems connecting please reboot the modem by unplugging from the outlet for 2 minutes first and then plugging it back.   
  
Trash Disposal and Washer and Dryer  
Trash chute and coin operated washer and dryer are located on the same floor next to elevators.

Check out is at 10:00am unless is requested and approved day prior your departure by Dainora and Remy.

This property reflected the photos when booking. Our family had an amazing family holiday and it was made more enjoyable by our stay in this Condo.The owner and property manager were very contactable and assisted when we had queries with the property.I would recommend this property for booking and if we are lucky enough to be in Honolulu again then we would book again.

#### Not as expected 

First the area- Incredibly busy area with a lot of traffic. The hotel isn’t on the beach but overlooks a marina. The beach is walkable, but dangerously rocky. The lagoon has no fresh water outlet and is man made out of concrete. Very crowded. The room- way smaller than images depict. Very old with cheap updates. The couch pulls out but isn’t a bed with a mattress/sheets. The pack n play was disgusting and stained allover and smelled. The manager replaced it very promptly which was great. I wouldn’t say it’s a comfortable fit for 4 dye to how small the space is. Once we got to researching the area and saw how expensive everything is and home prices it was easy to understand why this rate was as high as it was. It was pretty basic stay. But the hotel amenities were nice, like the pool. Valet is only option here and it’s 45/a day. We wished we stayed outside of the city, if you’re torn between whether or not to stay in Waikiki, opt for a different area. We made this work for us.

Unit was small but just as pictured. Very clean with nice upgrades. We were in town for a family wedding. Property is in a location accessible to many area restaurants and shopping. Very crowded busy with families of all ages. If you are looking for peace and quiet, this would not be the property for you.

#### Perfect Spot to Relax !

we had just left Kona at our daughter's wedding, and needed a 4 day rest, and this was the perfect place. Dainora, the owner, and Agnes, the property manager, were extremely helpful with all we asked, and mage our trip super enjoyable. The deck is huge, air conditioning a delight, and we got to stay in the Iilikai for gosh sakes, what's better ! The Friday night fireworks were superb, and the condo was clean, had everything we needed for the pool and beach. Thank you so much for sharing your place with us !

#### Very beautiful place

This place was exactly what the picture showed. The place was clean and accessible to all the shopping! The location was great. I only wish there was AC in the room because when the heat and the humidity were hot, the room was hot and a little uncomfortable, however overall I would stay at this place again.

#### So beautiful!

We were in Hawaii celebrating our 20th anniversary. The condo was amazing! Our main agenda was to relax, and the condo made it so easy to do. I even fell asleep on the lanai a few times during our trip. The fireworks view was incredible, as was the view of the lagoon and the ocean. Communication was great. This was our first trip to Hawaii, and being able to have such a beautiful place only enhanced our trip. If(when) we get to return, I will probably maneuver things around so I can get this condo again!! Thank you so much for making our trip better with your beautiful place!!

Loved the Location and the view! Close to everything, pool is great as well. I will note that you DO NOT have access to the workout facility. It is for Hotel guest only. Also, Valet is paid at check in. Beach Towels, and Chairs are provided.

#### Great Property, View and Location!

This is the second time we have rented this condo and both times have been very happy with the accommodations. We are a family of three (2 adults and a 12 yr old) and the size of the condo worked well. The location and view are great. Working out the details with Dainora was effortless and everything was in order. We will definitely rent this condo again.

#### Nice little condo!

We enjoyed our stay very much. Although the condo is fairly small, it was very comfortable and clean. A very nice view. The Friday night that we arrived, we stepped out onto the lanai and watched the fireworks from the Hilton next door. What a treat! The owner was so kind as to install a new air conditioner before we arrived. It was so quiet! It was wonderful. Agnes, the assistant to the owner, was super helpful and kind. We got a little lost trying to find the condo the first night. We called her and she gave us directions, then called us again to confirm everything was ok. The kitchen is very small and has limited space, but had most things that we needed. We cooked in the room most nights. The Ilikai itself was very pleasant and in a great location. We went running in Ala Moana park most mornings. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. Thank you Dainora!

#### Our Memory Tour

We stayed here from 10/3/2018-10/11/2018\. Had a wonderful time on Oahu and really enjoyed our stay at the Illikai. The property was convenient, clean, and suited our needs. Would recommend and if we get to do another memory tour, would try to stay here again.

#### This is a great location

We spent 10 days on Oahu. The Ilikai is a great location, with the beach only 5 minutes away. Are only criticism was the cable T.V. could use some improvements, but we were out and about all the time so it was of little concern. The pictures are exactly what you get, a nice unit overlooking Duke Kahanamoku lagoon. We plan on staying here again.

#### Great updated unit ! great location

Stayed here with wife and 2 kids (11 & 8) - as others have noted this unit has been updated and the floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors really give the unit a lot of natural light and airy feeling, When you first walk in you are greeted by some breathtaking views!. the location is right on Waikiki beach, not only can you use the buildings pool (which is very nice) , but just walk 5 minutes over to the Hawaiian Village and you can use their facilities as well, including the nearby lagoon (the Lagoon rents water activities like stand up paddle board, or aqua-cycles). Dave ice cream and Cinnamons restaurant are located right within the complex as well as an ABC-like market that carries pretty much anything you could want. the building appeared to be a mix of hotel guests , managed VRBOs and full time tenants, it really had a sense of community and everyone we talked to was really nice. Owners were great and communicated everything clearly. Thanks for a relaxing stay!

#### Comfortable and clean

We enjoyed our stay here—it had a really cool view and we really loved seeing the fireworks over the lagoon on Friday night from the balcony. The location was great right on Waikiki and many of the tour companies pick up right in front of the hotel. The pictures and description are completely accurate, but we did find it a bit tight for 4 people (we had 2 adults and 2 kids). It would be great for a couple. The air conditioning was a bit tricky, by the last night we figured out that if you turn the temp up a bit and use the fan provided for the people in the king bed, the people on the pull out bed won’t have to get frozen out for the people in the king bed to be comfortable. The bathroom could use some ventilation.

#### What a great trip!

My husband and I spent a week at the condo and it was perfect. The location is great, especially if you love to walk the beach. We walked from the condo to the end of Waikiki beach almost every day. The condo is well equipped and the owner was quick to respond when we had a question. We would stay here again. Great for a couple. Not sure if we would share as the space is great for 2 people. View is great and the week we were in Hawaii the fireworks in the lagoon happened 3 times. So close you felt like you could touch them. Love. Love. Love The trip was perfect.

#### Fantastic location and view

I was very excited to stay atbthis condo when I booked it. Per my expectations, the location and the view was fantadtic. However, there are a few things that did not meet my standards. It is definitley small just like a hotel room. The mattress isn’t that great. This is important fornpeople who have back broblemd and or are light sleepers. The amenities are sub-modern and old. The bathroom has standing shower and not modern. I think with a few minor ipgrades this would be a much more pleasant stay. I would rate is a 2 star hotel with a great view.

#### Spectacular view!

The condo was so clean inside and was very homey. For my husband and I, it was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed. There was a/c if needed and the bed was so comfortable. The view was outstanding! Across the balcony the Hilton had a luau every night and a firework show on Fridays. The owners responded quickly any time we had a question. The hotel staff was so nice and even though valet was expensive it was so convenient and worth it! I would definitely recommend staying here! Gorgeous condo! I can not wait to visit again! Thank you so very much Dainora for letting us enjoy our honeymoon in Hawaii at your place!!
