There is a KING SIZE BED in the master bedroom, one QUEEN bed (new deluxe memory foam mattress) plus one TWIN bed in the guest bedroom, and a new luxury QUEEN commercial sofa bed in the living room. The website refers to the living room as a 3rd bedroom, insisting anything with a bed, even a sofa bed must be called a bedroom! It is really a 2 BEDROOM, 2 BATHROOM with a large living room with a commercial grade QUEEN SOFA BED and dining area. We also have a Pack n’ play BABY TRAVEL CRIB (bring your own baby sheets) and stroller available for your use at your own risk. As well as 2 rollaway cots available for a fee if needed (please notify owner in advance if needed, so you can rent from lobby office). All rooms have NEW TOTAL BLACKOUT CURTAINS. There are 2 full bathrooms with JETTED TUB/SHOWER in the master bathroom and LARGE WALK-IN SHOWER in the guest bathroom. Large flat screen TV in living rm, smaller flat screen TV in bedrms. CD, DVD player, VCR, boogie boards/beach toys to use at your own risk, desk and Piano. Modern NEWLY REMODELED FULL KITCHEN with marbled quartz countertops/ bar, and new stainless steel appliances, glass top stove.. Dine on your private lanai overlooking the ocean/ beautiful sunsets while watching nightly Hawaiian conch blowing/ torch lighting ceremony, serenaded by Hawaiian music/ hula show. View fabulous weekly Friday night fireworks show over the lagoon directly from your balcony. Walkway ramp from the hotel lobby leads directly to the lagoon (for your use) and famous Waikiki beach! You will be on the sand in approx. 50 yards! Tennis courts nearby. You also have use of the 2 ILIKAI POOLS: Hibiscus pool on the lobby level, and the lounge pool on the 2nd floor (shallow with built in lounge chairs in the water. Towels provided at the pools. And we also provide each guest with one beach towel per stay. There is also a MASSAGE SPA in the lobby. This is the ILIKAI HOTEL TOWER, we are directly adjacent to the Hilton Hawaiian Village Hotel, so you have most of the activities, restaurants, shops, etc. available at the Hilton as well as the Ilikai. (paddle board, surfing, surf lessons, catamaran sailing, etc, but no Hilton pool use as we have our own pools for your use). The Ilikai Hotel is home to several good restaurants, as well as DOZENS OF OTHER RESTAURANTS AND SHOPS in and around the Ilikai, including hair salon, business center, ice cream parlor, and small grocery store conveniently located in the Hotel. Only a 5 minute walk to Ala Moana Shopping Mall, with hundreds of stores and restaurants. The Ilikai is also home to the 'Hawaii Five-O' TV series, which frequently films there. Although under different management, the Ilikai hotel shares space with and is physically attached to the 5 star ultra-luxury Marriot hotel, The Modern, whose 2 bdrm suites rent for $1495+ a night. The bus stops in front of the Ilikai hotel, as does the airport shuttle, and there is a taxi stand in front as well. But most of Waikiki is within walking distance. A nice benefit is that it is located next to the Hilton Rainbow resort and there is plenty to do on this property. We'd have to say the shock value walking into our room was probably the best surprise we could have hoped for. As described in previous reviews the property is weathered and worn. When we arrived (late Sunday afternoon) the drivethru was crowded with cars and people coming and going. No one to greet or direct you. Ilikai entrance ramps were closed for upgrades, leaving only the stairs and 1 very small elevator to get to the Lobby. The only Ilikai personnel available were the Valet who were extremely busy keeping things flowing. There were 6 adults and 1 teen in our party, It was chaotic and very frustrating to get to the room. Being from Texas, we are very used to airconditioning. After the hassle getting into the hotel we found the condo extremely warm. The beauty of the West sun streaming into the condo in the late afternoon was not welcoming. 2 window units were on but could not keep. It took hours before we were comfortable. The hallway from elevator to room was very warm. For first timers to Hawaii from Texas, open air concepts are foreign. It took a couple of days to acclimate. ##### Jo An S. It very much took away from our vacation, the fact that the unit was terrible. Everything old, cheap and awful. The pictures of the unit are definitely years old. There were no bedspreads; only sheets. When was the last time it was painted? It looked like a frat house. Everything about it was disappointing. What made it even worse was looking forward to it for 10 months, paying approx. 5,000 for a week (including fees and taxes) and getting that. If someone asked me if I wanted to stay there for free or pay to stay somewhere else, I would pay to stay somewhere else. The difference in the pictures and what it is actually like is shocking. ##### Tracey J. Everything else was very disappointing, the undersized air conditioning cannot keep up with that size of a unit. Everything is outdated, old and dirty, alot of the owners at this hotel are elderly. So i went to the pool, thinking i can cool off to find out the pool is heated for the elder. keep in mind it was 90 degrees in Aug.. ##### CARLOS M. It’s a corner unit on the eleventh floor with beautiful views of the ocean. It has 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa sleeper in the living room, and a full kitchen. The unit was spotless, well-maintained, and had a fully equipped kitchen perfect for preparing meals. The air conditioning was efficient and kept the space comfortable. The balcony offered amazing views of the marina, ocean, and even the Hilton fireworks. We woke up every morning for wonderful rainbows in the horizon… The location is unbeatable-just a short walk to Waikiki Beach , the marina and Ala Moana Shopping Center. Amenities like beach towels, chairs, and access to pools added to the enjoyment. The building also has great facilities including a fitness center and restaurants. Overall, a clean, comfortable, and convenient place that made our Hawaiian getaway truly memorable-I would definitely stay again ##### Addie R. It offered breathtaking ocean views, was spacious, and provided plenty of comfort for our family of seven. The location was perfect—within walking distance of nearly everything we wanted to do in Waikiki. With a rental car, exploring the rest of the island was easy and convenient. Pat, the condo’s owner, was always readily available to answer any questions we had. I would plan another trip to Oahu just so I could stay in her condo! ##### WENDY R.
