« Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cette hôtel. Le hall de l'hôtel est sublime, les lustres et la décoration on se croirait au château de Versailles. Mais arrivé dans la chambre la douche froide, cheveux et tâches de café au sol. Nous contactons la réception et on nous propose une nouvelle chambre. Arrivée dans la nouvelle chambre une odeur d'humidité très désagréable et une climatisation mis au maximum. Ayant apprécié l'effort du personnel nous n'avons pas souhaité une nouvelle fois nous...

"Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits dans cette hôtel. Le hall de l'hôtel est sublime, les lustres et la décoration on se croirait au château de Versailles. Mais arrivé dans la chambre la douche froide, cheveux et tâches de café au sol. Nous contactons la réception et on nous propose une nouvelle chambre. Arrivée dans la nouvelle chambre une odeur d'humidité très désagréable et une climatisation mis au maximum. Ayant apprécié l'effort du personnel nous n'avons pas souhaité une nouvelle fois nous plaindre, nous sommes restés dans cette chambre et avons pu éteindre cette climatisation qui empirait l'odeur d'humidité. Les lits n'étaient pas du tout confortable. Pourquoi n'avoir pas mis plus de moyens dans les chambres pour le confort des clients. Tout a été misé sur le hall et rien pour les chambres. C'est très dommage car cette hôtel est bien situé et le personnel est très sympathique."
