This said the reception staff was nice although pushy with expensive dining options. One particular staff at the pool was agressive and rude with our kids and those of others. I had to intervene a couple times. Overall it is a nice hotel with almost all staff very pleasant but outside the room things are overpriced even by HK standards. »
