twas amazing staying in vincent hill guest house
it was very nice and awesome staying in vincent hill guest house i find it comfortable affordable and most of all accessible to any place you want to visit. i will soon visit again hongkong and stay again in vincent hill guest house i love the place

The environment is bad. The room itself is ok; however, the service is bad. The maid unlocked the door without knocking and the room has never been cleaned up properly since I checked in.

Staffs are very friendly and quick serving.！
Everything is good for this price exept they need to put a little piece of rubber on each entrance door of each room and main entrance. The doors make very loud sound each time when someone closed it...wake you up from sleeping.

Cheap guesthouse on Kowloon,cannot compare to cleaner guest houses on Hong Kong Island. Noisy crowded street.Room is basic but clean,building is 60 years old with odd arrangements of total 6 elevators that serve many many.Taking elevator is very time consuming. Will pay more for better guest houses on Hong Kong Island,never Kowloon side again.

if you are 1st time in HK, pls take MTR to tsim sha tsui , exit D2 ( the nearest to the building , as there are construction all around there ) PLS TAKE NOTE that you will be using the stairs up D2... then once you reach..you will see a 7/11 in front of you...turn right...after a few stores you will see a left turn into the building ( there are a few lifts to go up...pls make sure that you SEE which lift goes to which floors ) !!!! PLS TAKE NOTE !!!!! - you must go to LEVEL 3 - A9 to register and TAKE YOUR ROOM KEY ( dont directly go to else where which is showing on the website!! ) - after taking your key... then you will have to go to your ROOM LEVEL , key in the door password , then only go in and find your room - water heater is ok, on 1st 5 minutes before you bath ( it takes time to heat up the water ) - tooth brush/ tooth paste, body and hair shampoo, towels , hair dryer WILL BE PROVIDED - outside water dispenser + hot water is there - rooms are clean and small like the picture online ( just nice for us i think , its only for sleeping ) ** rooms are just next to each other...so TRY....to be considerate and speak softly... we can literally hear what is the next room talking about / doing...coz they were SO LOUDDDDDDD *** - next to MTR, sasa, shopping mall and many more - 7 mins walk to the harbor, avenue of stars , Dennis Fire Engine, and many more too hope this helps...

Situated at the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui
It is easy to find the location as it is situated just 5mins walk from the MTR. Check-in was fast, we need to call via the phone provided only then the staff will assist you with the check-in. For a family of 4, we opted for the quadruple room. Basic neccessity were provided such as toothbrush, towels, soap, hangers etc. The WIFI provided was strong throughout our stay. The washroom is pretty small though. Overall it is acceptable since we spent most of our time outside.

The FIlipino staff of the guesthouse who assisted us was good! But our room and the linens need to be improved. There was noise ( sounds like water dripping) coming from the ceiling and it was irritating. The bedsheets are torn and towels are tattered and rough. We almost did not use them but we had no choice. In the other room which my brother's family occupied, torn hand towels were provided instead of bath towels. Liquid soap and shampoo were provided in paper cups instead of dispensers. The room just like all the others in Mirador Mansion is too small. Ours is a Quadruple but is still too small.

Room look good, everything comfort , check in is easy and quick , the location is great , easy to travel in hong kong by subway ,because subeay just few step by this building ..and behing the building have so many restaurant , so convinient, i will back again

The towel is old. It feels very uncomfortable for the ladies. When the other ladies goes out of the house the wifi is fine it works perfectly after they came back the wifi is slow.

close to the budget
The reception door wasnt visible which was very different what was posted on the actual door though the contact was the same so I made a call and took for us 30 minutes to wait outside if the hostel i booked was right. Eventually Marlyn, came out from the outside and get my voucher and told me the room is ready on the seventh floor. The room was good enough for two. Yes close to MTR and budget friendly environment.

Very central hotel, great for transport and city
It was conveniently located in the city centre and close to amenities and transport links. Some places even walking distance if you like a stroll. Would recommend for those on a budget who need a clean place to rest and the baiscs

Good location, adequate room
Located in the heart of Tsim Sha Tsui, this guesthouse is walking distance from great restaurants, shopping, and the harbour. The reception is very difficult to find. Use the elevator that serves floor 3 (3/F). They will show you to the room. Ours was on 8/F. The locks are push-button, not keys. Not sure how often the codes are changed, so security was a concern. We didn't have any issues, but we didn't leave any valuables in the room either. The room is small (as expected), but it was clean. We had a window and A/C. Also, typical HK shower/bathroom with a small water heater. Our room did have WiFi. Overall, not a bad choice to use as a base to explore the area.

Highly recommended for budget-wise tourists!
The hotel is highly recommended for budget-wise tourists. There are also different stalls for food, money exchange and giveaways at the lobby. The Mirador Mansion is fully secured.

Nice Budget Hotel
It is a nice budget hotel located at TST area. Very good location, only few steps to MRT Station. Room is clean and quite spacious compare with other motel I stay before. Motel staff (Phillipino lady) is very kind. Will stay again at this motel for my future visit, of course will recommend for other friends who looking for budget accommodation.

The room is super tiny. Only one person can go to the bathroom because it is too small. However, you got what you pay for. The guesthouse locates near the subway and bus. Sp it's super comfortable with the location and the condition of the room. Just dont like it because it is too tiny. The reception is not really nice, and when i stayed for 3 days, they don't do the room service for us.

Basic no nonsense place for the night.
A very no nonsense place for a day layover. Great location on Kowloon side with shops and transportation galore at your fingertips. The hotel is basic, room is simple. Not for the faint hearted if coming in the middle of the night, area is very seedy.

Very disappointed to stay......
We booked the room for 3 persons and stay for 3 nights. The room is located on the 8th floor of Mirador mansion, we spent a long time to wait for the staff to open the room (the staff is not stay at the GH). When she open the room for us, we were shocked with the size of room, it was very small for 3 pax. It had 2 beds, two of us sleep in bed and one sleep on the floor. OMG!!!! The bathroom is very very very small approx 0.9 x 0.9 aq.m. The last night we got a nightmare with the ditch in the bathroom was blocked and the waste water leak out on the floor. It affected to my friend who sleep on the floor. Very poor GH with not recommended

まず、海外の安宿に慣れていない方、潔癖症の方、好奇心旺盛でない方はやめた方がいいかもしれません。インドの安宿などで慣れている方なら想定内です。 この建物はインド人が多くて怖いという口コミもありますが、女性一人でも全く問題ありませんでした。たまに視線は感じますが、一度も声をかけられることも無く、エレベーター前にセキュリティもいて特に治安は問題無いと思いました。入口は通りごとにあるので便利ですが、地味なので最初は見逃しました。 チェックインはまず3階のA9にある奥の部屋へ行き、パスポートを見せて3分で終了。宿名の表示は無かったと思います。一度1階へ降り、エレベーターを乗り換えて8階に上がり確かA11だったかな？そこには宿の名前が出ていたと思います。暗証番号を入力し中に入るとそこに写真のように4-5部屋ありました。二重のセキュリティになっていて安心です。廊下に水とお湯のサーバーがありますが切れている時もありました。 部屋はぱっと見は思ったよりはきれいですが、タオルはガサガサ、シーツも古く、バスマットもまだ使うかという古さです。窓はありますが、開けると建物の隙間のごちゃごちゃした汚い場所が見えるだけで景色は全く見えないし光も入らないので換気だけです。ゴキが入ってきそうなので閉めていました。 そうゴキ・・・多いです。４泊して１cm位のを４匹処分しました。殺虫剤必須です。スーツケースやカバンはすぐ閉めた方がいいです。一度カバンからゴキが出てきた時は本当に後悔しました。靴も床には置けませんでした。でもダニなどはいませんでした。 あとシャワーは給湯器のツマミをONにして蛇口をひねっただけではお湯は一生出てきません。お湯の出し方を発見するまでに30分以上かかりました。まず、トイレの照明スイッチの横にある給湯器の電源を入れ、給湯器本体のツマミをONにし、「蛇口は閉めたままで」そのまま放置しているとゴボゴボ沸騰して10-15分で沸きます。その状態で蛇口を右にひねると熱湯が出るので、真ん中辺りから左右に調節します。お湯が少しずつぬるくなってきたら右に少しだけ蛇口を回すと熱くなります。それを繰り返して10分くらいは浴びれましたが、15分はもたないかもしれません。お湯が無くなったらまた蛇口を閉めて待っているとゴボゴボ音がして沸かし始めます。 でもまあドライヤー、テレビ、歯ブラシと最低限揃っていますし個室なので慣れればゴキ以外は快適です。何といってもこの非常に便利な立地でこの値段ということを考えるとまあ悪くないかなと思います。宿の周りには深夜まで営業している飲食店が沢山あって困りません。両替も１階にあってレートは良かったです。 宿の方に会ったのはチェックインの時だけで、チェックアウトは鍵を部屋に置いて出るだけ、建物は24時間出入り出来、完全に自由なので気ままな貧乏旅行にはありがたいです。一応タオル、バスマットとシーツ（もたぶん）は毎日交換してくれていました。 エレベーターは来るのが遅いので下りる時などは階段を使った方が早いです。

ทำเลดี จะรถไฟฟ้า รถบัส ก็สะดวก ต่อเรือไปมาเก๊าก็ไม่ไกลมาก ใกล้แหล่งของกิน ติดที่ลิฟท์เก่า และเล็ก ถ้าขนของเยอะต้องรอนาน เพราะผู้โดยสารค่อนข้างมาก แต่ระบบโดยสารดี แยกชั้นชัดเจน ห้องพักเล็ก สะอาด แต่ความสะอาดของพื้นที่พักส่วนที่อยู่ในอาคารดูแย่

ขาดตู้เย็นกับตู้เซฟถ้ามีจะเทียบเท่าเลยกับที่พักเจ้าอื่นในตึกเดียวกัน การเดินทางไปมาสะดวกเพราะที่พักอยู่ใก้รถไฟใต้ดินมาก อาหารการกินหาง่าย ใกล้ที่พักมีห้างหลายห้างมาก สะดวกสำหรับนักช้อปที่สุด น้ำไหลแรง แอร์ก็เย็นดีครับ สภาพห้องไม่เล็กจนเกินไป ไวไฟแรงมากครับ รู้สึกพักแล้วปลอดภัย ถ้ามีโอกาสจะพักอีกครับ ส่วนพนักงานบริการไวและยิ้มแย้ม มีไมตรีจิตครับ

อยู่ใกล้สถานีรถไฟแต่แอบน่ากลัว
ที่พักเป็นรูปแบบประมาณอพาร์ทเมนท์ อยุ่ใกล้mtr เดินไม่ถึง 5 นาที มี7-11 ใกล้ๆ ห้าง ย่านการค้าอยู่ใกล้ ร้านค้า ของกิน อยุ่ระแวกนั้นๆเลย แต่ทางเข้าค่อนข้างซับซ้อน หายากและดูน่ากลัวนิดนึง ความสะอาดในห้องพักไม่ได้แย่ แต่สภาพก่อนถึงห้องค่อนข้างแย่ ลิฟท์มีแค่สองตัว ซึ่งแบ่งขึ้นเป็นชั้นคู่กับคี่ ใช้ลิฟท์ข้ามกัมไม่ได้เลยต้องรอลิฟท์ค่อนข้างนาน เนื่องจากปริมาณคนอยู่ในอพาร์ทเมน์ค่อนข้างเยอะ จะติดต่อสตาฟราอนข้างยาก จุดที่เป็นล็อบบี้ไม่ชัดเจน ทำให้เสียเวลาหานานมาก ติดต่อสตาฟยาก โดยเฉพาะช่วงก่อนเช็คเอาท์ จะไม่มีสตาฟประจำที่ล็อบบี้เลย แถมโทรหาไม่มีคนรับสายด้วย ดังนั้นหากคิดจะฝากกระเป๋ากรุณาหาฝากที่อื่น เพราะแม้ทางสตาฟจะแจ้งเรื่องการฝากกระเป๋าไว้ได้ แต่เราไม่สามารถหาสตาฟเพื่อรับฝากเรื่องตอนเช้าได้เลย ปล.ประสบการณ์เหล่านี้คือสิ่งที่เราเจอ ท่านอื่นอาจพบเจอไม่เหมือนกัน รบกวนพิจารณาก่อนใช้คห.ของเราตัดสินใจโดยรวม

Guesthouse near subway and shopping centres. Tsim Sha Tsui station exit D2 very close. You must to check in at 3fl. I booked single room but they gave a room for 3 persons to me. Bravo!!! very comfortable for me. Enjoy shopping and see sightings around here!!!

坚决不能去，找不到还脏
我的天，对于我们这种旅行达人居然触礁！千辛万苦找到地址，上去压根没有这个酒店门牌和标识，整幢楼谁也不认识谁，根本没人管！最后看到门牌号打电话过去，才来了个菲律宾女人，一脸嫌弃的重新带我们去了另外的楼层！我的天，没有任何宾馆标志！完全是小黑屋的感觉，拿钥匙给我们就不管了，人走了才发现床单被套根本没换！只能将就躺躺，硬海绵床垫让人一晚上起床腰酸背痛，床又极小！后悔省这点小钱了！地理位置是极好的，出门一两百米就是海边了，搭天星小轮到对面中环挺不错！

受付がわかりにくいです。
いつかのゲストハウスを経営してるようで、ビンセントヒルゲストハウスという名前を探すのに苦労しました。 ちなみにこの名前はどこにもかいてありません。 3Ｆのひと部屋に受付があり、そこに書いてある電話番号に電話をして、受付の方が来てから違う階へ案内されました。 リリーガーデンゲストハウスと同じ経営のようでした。 その名前を目指して3Ｆの受付に行くとすぐ分かるのではないかと思います。
