1. We had the largest room - it was quite comfortable and spacious for our party of two 2. Excellent staff. 3. Hotel is near many restaurants and public transportation. 4. Breakfast was good, fresh and tasty but the menu was the same for 4days.

I didn’t like the location …the view was all apartment air condicioners and laundry hanging from balconies and its right in front of fwy off ramp … but it was clean stuff we’re friendly and helpful

Nautical themed designer hotel
Beautiful and unique boutique hotel will nautical theme. Rooms were decorated in a very visually pleasing and comfortable way. Service is very efficient and friendly. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay at The Fleming was fantastic. We got upgraded to the XL room to celebrate our wedding anniversary, also found a hand-written card from the staffs. The room was spacious and very clean. Pillows were comfortable. The shower pressure was perfect. The staffs at the counter were friendly and fluent in English. Check in and out were less,than 5 mins each time. Will definitely return to Fleming if we were to visit Hong Kong again.

The room is spacious and well furnished with attention to details. The staff service is commendable, always obliging and courteous. The location is good, within walking distance to various public transport modes. Dining options are a-plenty in the neighbourhood.

An exceptional boutique hotel. I am so happy I found this little gem and made it my home for 4 nights. Loved the chic interior and modern comforts. Upon arrival I was greeted by their customer experience manager, Matthew. He was friendly and made me feel welcomed. He also shared a lot of great recommendations. Anson at the front desk really my stay extra special. He was kind and genuine. He went above and beyond in ensuring I had everything I needed and more. Thank you. I highly recommend the Fleming for a 5 star stay in Hong Kong and would most definitely stay here again.

Great stay. Exceeded my expectations.
Landed in Hong Kong at 5AM and arrived at the Fleming Hotel at 8am. Only 8 Min walk from Wan Chai station. Tired, exhausted and lacking sleep i went to check in, expected to be asked to come back closer to 3PM check out time. Was pleasantly surprised to be able to check in and freshen up without asking and a room upgrade to a big room!! The service and room and the building was impeccable and exceeded my expectations!! The hotel underwent a renovation and has a Star Ferry theme from what i was told. A BIG SINCERE THANK YOU TO Mulder and the rest of the front desk staff that i interacted during my stay. It was a great start to my fantastic holiday. Thanks again.

Overall ok
Overall it was ok. The staff was really nice and the room was very clean. However we are at 6th floor and the hotel is right next to a busy road. it’s pretty noisy throughout the night. The king bed is a little small.

I think the room I small. And I have to paid price for the half day in order to check out at 8pm. And they locked my room Two times. Last the was just 10 mins to 8pm. I couldn’t get in to pick up the luggage after dinner. They have no facilities. How can it be a 4 stars hotel?

Makes a nice staycation place with restaurant and bespoke products to buy. However, the staff seemed unsure about their own hotel benefits if you are a Hotels.com Gold member - may have to remind them. Unfortunately they also do not provide the food delivery to your own room - have to go down to lobby to get your own food delivery which is a hassle.. But 4/5 stay.

Location is good. Very convenient to go anywhere. Staff members are so friendly and helpful. Clean. And cute decor.
