Close to MTR - staff not really interested in engaging with us - in fairness to the staff we only speak English. Property was advertised with pool. This is just false. There are signs in the lobby pointing to a pool , it does not exist. Apparently you can access the YMCA pool down the road. Room was as advertised, nothing special but okay.

We enjoyed the easy walk to the MTR, could go anywhere from there. Amazing transit system, fast easy and safe!!!! Hotel staff was awesome, restaurants in hotel was very good with excellent service. One afternoon we where without water, they did good be us notice the evening before some we planned around it.

I like the friendly staffs , cleanness of the hotel. Very close to MTR, and walking to other markets, fruits market is very convenient. I will definitely use this hotel again. And will strong recommend to friends and family.

The staff always greets you with a smile and are very helpful. The facilities and location are convenient. The MTR is one block away and there many dining options nearby and in the hotel.

The hotel is in a great location - it is 2 minutes from Yau Ma Tei metro station and there are plenty of buses on Nathan Road which is on the next street along.

Great location and staff are very friendly. Clean rooms with city view. Its very close to mongkok market and close to yaumatei exit A2. Loads of places to eat within 5 mins walk. Highly recommend

Very convenient including transportation using metro even the bus to the airport. Rooms according to HK standard are bigger. Shopping is great possible to get almost everything I want. Price is little bit above average but I really don’t mind. Clean rooms with good service. I booked to stay for 3 days ended up staying for 10 days.

Per my family, the front desk personnel was not very friendly or courteous upon arrival. He was very abrupt and just seemed inconvenienced by their presence. I arrived and spoke very firmly with him as he did me and he seemed to have calmed down. He was just not the least bit welcoming. I do have to say that when I first arrived with my sister (who is visually impaired), a kind gentleman named Rico opened the door. He guided my sister gently and warned her of steps. Rico is the reason I would give this hotel a higher score.

I recently stayed at a charming hotel nestled in the heart of the city. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and the room boasted a cozy atmosphere. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions. However, the Wi-Fi could be more reliable. Overall, a pleasant stay with room for minor improvements.

Good location that was close to restaurants. There is a 24/hr McDonald’s and hai di lui nearby along with connivence stores. Hotel was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

I always stayed at this hotel during my vacation in Hong Kong. The hotel room are clean, and good size for its prime location. In the heart of Mong Kok, surrounded by good dining options and shopping.
