Great location, on the water and a 5 min walk to the beautiful, historic old port, but still easy to drive in and out of to explore the region. We had luck getting hotel parking, which was 12 euro/day. If this is full, there is a large public lot across the street, but this costs 26 euro/day.
Nice hotel with friendly staff, great destination in a beautiful town. Only downside was the electric car charge points didn't work on the day of my stay.
Parking facility at rear was very convenient. Plenty of staff available and very friendly. Breakfast nice and good selection. Lot of staff to help.
Lift very convenient. Short walk to our room
Really good service from staff and excellent parking (note is FCFS). Pillows a bit uncomfortable and bathrooms a little small but overall good stay. Just outside main area and immediate area not beautiful but no more than 5 mins walk to town

Good stay but rooms need an update (some things were a bit old or torn) and the shower floor was very slippery so we put a towel on the floor so we wouldn't slip in the shower. Good bed, good shower. Breakfast was very good, lots of choice, good coffee & orange juice. Also full English breakfast available. Nice reception, very helpful. Parking outside, behind the hotel, easy accessible. We understand that the hotel is going to be refurbised soon.
Wonderful. Right near downtown. The closer you get to downtown the louder the church bells are in the morning and during the day. The bed and the sheets were extremely comfortable. Pillows were comfortable. Nice and quiet. The bathroom was clean. The shower worked well and had a heat lock on the hot water. You have to press the button to get it hotter which is great. If you have little ones they will not scold themselves.
The two ladies we encountered at the front desk were more than helpful.
I would highly recommend this hotel.
Parking was extra, it is behind the hotel and I think it was around $10 or €10 and a few dollars/euros for a city tax no big deal I think it was an added 13-14 €.
They provide a little refrigerator with a wonderful cold bottle of water, which they will refill with sparkling or flat. I thought that was a really nice touch. The parking is tight, but everybody seemed really considerate of each other’s vehicles.
( if you’re looking for the Ritz Carlton or fancy fancy go to Deauville and pay €500 a night .)
Honfleur is a beautiful commune. So glad we visited and stayed the night.
The only disappointment was having to leave.
It was a quaint hotel in a beautiful town. Parking was great. But, the whole town was a 2 minute walk away. What a nice treat. Clean rooms, GREAT staff. So helpful.

Dated hotel
Looks dated. Very disappointing for a 4 star hotel.
Not so close to the center
We booked a standard room for the last night of our holiday only to arrive at the hotel to find we’d been allocated an accessible room. The bathroom was like something you’d find in a hospital with a stool in the shower. We were totally disappointed and checked out into another hotel in the area. Half the price and twice as nice. Not happy at all.

There is no reception. You walk in and there is no desk, there is a lady working on a laptop at a low table with four chairs, but she ignores us. She is wearing a Mercure top so we wait until she eventually looks up at us. Not a good start. She slso demands payment up-front, so they don't trust their guests! The room was alright, it has parking and it's close to the town centre.
