« The location is great, the property is beautiful, the breakfast was ah-mazing, and Delanie is super cool! We opted for a suite in the barn which was super spacious and far nicer than the big expensive hotel we stayed at the night before in Philadelphia. It's very close to Bethel Woods and this area has a lot of fun country roads that I could spend all day on. Though we stayed for a concert, I will be back to check out the surrounding area! »

« The loft room was clean, modern decor, newly renovated, bed was very comfortable. The only negative is there was no elevator to get to the loft room - wooden steps were pretty steep especially if you have luggage to carry up. If you are choosing room 1 above the common area I would first inquire if the wifi/tv is working. It wasn’t working for me. « Room smelled like cigarettes when I called they said they would send some one to freshen up the room that was around 4pm. the staff member came the next morning waking my out my sleeping banging on the door around 8am I asked if I can pay to upgrade my room do to the smell staff member told me no rooms available when I went online to book it showed they had plenty rooms I would never come back this was a horrible experience for me , the toilet paper wasn’t a new roll either it was half way...

« The rooms are by far the smallest I've stayed in since a micro-boutique hotel in DC. The place tries hard but is hardly worth the premium rate that they charge by at least $100. Parking and property access is a mess. They sent us to Settler's Inn in Hawley for breakfast. Nice place - staying there next time. »

« The property was good and the pool areas were nice. the restaurant was the best part. The kids had fun on the paddle boards and the kayaks they had on site. The room however, was pretty dirty. There were stains on the sheets and the comforter, and the maintenance of the outside of the buildings were not very kept up with. It looked like a quick flip from an old hotel. The pictures on the property were a bit deceiving. »
