"The property itself was over the top. Location, decor, safe, spacious, and very comfortable are just a few words to describe this place. The tenant was very nice. I usually do not like to bother them although I could not get in with my code so I had to be a bother. No instructions left for fireplace nor TV (what happened to the directory with all these instructions). Just a few tweaks and I would have rated it a 10 out of 5. "Not my first time at this property and definitely not my last. Anytime I’m in town, it’ll be one of the top three considered! The rooms are clean, the amenities are wonderful! I especially love glassed in shower with great water pressure! The beds are very comfortable! Guest services are always very friendly and helpful!"

"I was very welcomed here and you don't get that at every hotel. The staff is so friendly and really helped while we were spending some quality time with my mom before her surgery. They treat you like family from the front desk to the kitchen. Which the breakfast is amazing. The ladies do a fantastic job. Only down fall is Greenville is getting kind of rough, but still a lot to do here as well still nice people even though are some bad eggs out there. "
