"This was a beautiful property. There was something for everyone. The space upstairs was perfect for cooking a family meal and entertaining. The kids and adults enjoyed the pool table too! Although outdoor activities were limited due to the time of the year, the docks and yard would be perfect for entertainment, sports, games and boating. N fact, we may return this summer! Hosts were very responsive and everything we needed was available!"

"My husband, adult son and I sent three nights in this peaceful place. Just off a main road and duper convenient to Middle Grove and Saratoga, not far from beautiful Lake George and Lake Placid which we drove to afterwards. This lodge has everything and more. It’s a ten out of ten!"

"Our group had a really lovely time staying on the lake. The view, the ability to take a boat out in the morning, and a dip in the afternoon... a delight! It's a little more rustic indoors, so be prepared to bring things like olive oil, or pepper, if you're planning on cooking. And linens aren't included. But beyond that, the VHS collection was very fun, and the grill and fire pit were also a great way to spend the evening. Thank you to Robb for a wonderful long weekend!"

"The cabin is a nice place to stay, it is clean, quiet and comfortable. Kitchen has all you need to cook and plenty of room. The living room is comfortable with internet TV. Front room has dining table with view of lake. Nice deck outside with table and chairs with a gas grill. Fire pit outside is nice for evening fire. Bedrooms 2 downstairs and bed upstairs are comfortable. The lake is nice about a 5 minute walk to dock, it’s a little bit of a hill down so take small steps. There is no dishwasher or microwave in kitchen, but hey your in a beautiful setting on a lake with woods and birds all around you its a cabin so enjoy life and relax. Saratoga is less than 20 minutes away. There is plenty to do there with the track, dining, shops. Wineries close by also. We will be back to stay there again. Very happy with our stay there. Nice and relaxing."

"So much love and attention to detail went into this property. We enjoyed our cozy stay in the off the grid cottage, we enjoyed the pavilion where they had games set up , cute spot to enjoy some charcuterie and wine, overlooking the pond , we are already planning our next stay."

"The location is very nice on a small clean lake. The deck overlooking the lake is the best feature of the cabin. The kitchen counter space is tiny and made meal prep for a group of 5 women difficult. The gas grill should have a cover to protect it from the rain and the automatic starter did not work. We did find a lighter to start it. The bathroom is very far from the bedrooms which are upstairs which was an issue for some of us at night. Also we needed to use the sleeper sofas in the living room for our sleeping arrangements. The sleepers were fine for sleeping and clean. The problem was that there are lights strung outside on the deck which are on an automatic timer. The lights didn’t go off until 3 or 4 in the morning and were very bright shining in the living room window making it difficult to sleep as there are no curtains on the windows. Most of these issues with the cabin were minor. We did enjoy our stay. However we were turned off by the many rules and the expectation that we would not only clean up and leave the place as we found it; but we would mop the floors and leave it ready for the next group staying at the cabin. This was the expectation despite the fact that a cleaning fee was charged and a cleaning crew would be coming in after we left. I have stayed in many Air B&Bs and have never had an owner expect we would sweep and vacuum and mop the floors before we left. We left the place cleaner than when we arrived as we cleaned the cobwebs from under the couches."
