This home was created in 2023\. Its modern and upscale with all the luxury you would dream of for a vacation rental. You will be thrilled at the comfort, privacy, and breathtaking Alaskan view  
  
This Property is located in city limits at   
4645 Craftsman Rd   
Homer Ak 99603  
  
This is separate from our other properties and NOT located on the lake  
  
The whole house is accessible to guest  
  
We need a valued phone number to text you your entrance code. You will have check-in instruction sent to your phone the morning of your stay.  
  
This property is located in town at 4645 Craftsman Rd. It is separate from our other properties at 1344 lakeshore drive. Please be aware of the different location

We’re thrilled to host you and want to ensure you have an enjoyable and comfortable stay.   
To make your visit pleasant for everyone, please review and follow these house rules.  
  
General Rules  
  
1\. Check-In & Check-Out times:  
Check-in: 4 pm  
Check-out: 11am  
Early check-ins and late check-outs must be pre-approved and depending upon seasonality, may incur additional fees.  
  
2\. Occupancy:  
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. Please notify us in advance if you need to make changes to your booking.  
  
3\. Quiet Hours:  
Quiet hours are from 11pm to 6 am. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum during these times.  
  
4\. No Parties or Events:  
Parties, gatherings, or events are strictly prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing prior to arrival.  
  
5\. No Smoking:  
Smoking, vaping, or the use of illegal substances is not allowed anywhere on the property, including outdoor spaces. Failure to follow these rules will result in a minimum fine of $500 and will be grounds for being asked to vacate immediately.  
  
6\. Pets:  
No Pets allowed in the units at any time.  
  
7\. Cleanliness:  
Please leave the property in the same general condition as you found it.  
Dispose of trash in designated bins.   
  
8\. Damage:  
Any damage to the property or its contents must be reported immediately. Guests may be responsible for the cost of repairs or replacements.  
  
09\. Prohibited Items:  
Firearms, fireworks, and flammable materials including outdoor grills are not allowed on the property.  
  
10\. Patio Use:  
Please clean up after using outdoor spaces.  
Return any outdoor furniture to its original position.  
  
11\. Emergency Contacts:  
For any emergencies, call 911\. Please notify us immediately of any safety concerns.
