The hosts are very welcoming and have gone the extra mile with comfortable sheets and towels, extra blankets, coffee for the coffeemaker and shower accessories and hair dryer. I actually felt so much better each morning, and I know it was because I had such a good night's sleep in the incredibly heavenly bed. I even asked Gracie about the type of mattress it was, and I have since purchased one--seriously life changing! The location was also perfect, being very close to the main area of Homer. The views of the mountains and Beluga Lake were outstanding, looking out from the large picture windows in the living area. Upon our arrival, we were thrilled to find a generous bowl of fresh fruit that Gracie had provided, which came in very handy. There were multiple special touches throughout the home, which we really appreciated. Gracie was a superb hostess who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable, and we will definitely stay at her lovely home next time we're in Homer!
