We left a night early with inn keeper agreeing to refund a night. After we left rude texts from inn keeper and blaming expeidia etc. Finally called credit card company to intervine. We had the Portside room and enjoyed the privacy. Very nice bathroom and kitchen. Bed was comfy, too. Their breakfast was extraordinary and the host's knowledge of Alaska was impressive. Their info led to us doing some exploring that we had never done before..... and we have lived in Anchorage 38 years! They were immediately on cleaning our room the minute we were out of sight and everything was always nice and clean. The service and food was exceptional. The room was very comfortable and clean. A male moose came to our back door, withing a few feet, to eat grass during the night which was very exciting to see.
