« The night manager was friendly. The toliet wasn’t working correctly. The tank would constantly run and flood the bathroom floor if you didn’t shut off the main water line…Because I was with my extremely handy husband, we just dealt with it. Going through a decent renovation, so hopefully they can get the kinks worked out. It was clean and the property itself was decent. »

« It was a great escape. Our attractions were ranged from 20 minutes away to 60 minutes. Easy to get back to when needing a break. My son is cognitively disabled and sensitive to noise, cabin was ideal for us. Eating out is stressful for us and the kitchen was well equipped for preparing our simple meals. »

« After traveling all day we got to the Hillcrest only to find out they did not have all of our rooms. They tried to get us to share the room they had. No phone call to let us know ahead of time. No help in finding us another room. Their thought was that I reserved 4 rooms and they only had 3, that I should still take the 3 rooms because I reserved them. We ended up at going back north to a hotel we passed 30 miles before. Very unhappy that Expedia would even list this property. »
