I could hear every step from the people above me and I travel often so I am aware that some noise is not abnormal .This was different . I could hear doors shutting and people walking throughout the night pretty loudly … made it hard to sleep ."

"Angela and other staff members were very informative and helpful. We enjoyed our breakfast, and the outdoor hot tub was a nice bonus. The elevator was old and creaky, and we did mention a slight dog hair smell in our room, but they were quick to respond and send up a carpet cleaner. We were very happy with our stay."
