What a gem!
The hotel was really lovely and tastefully decorated. The staff were very pleasant, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed dinner on both nights of our stay - the food was excellent. The room was a bit hot on arrival but we turned off the radiators and used the fan - air-conditioning would have been nice, but isn't installed (although this would then make the hotel not so eco-friendly!).

New Year let down
3 couples booked their 2-night New Year package to meet up and celebrate New Year, Although the hotel staff and food was very good there was NO music or any New Celebration what so ever............very disappointed

Good Moring. Thank you for your message. I am please you enjoyed the food and our team were attentive. This year we did not plan to have any celebration as such, music, entertainment. For 2021 our two day package was fully booked and was sold as a quieter affair. I am so sorry this was not as you had wishes for.

Lovely one night stay with dinner and breakfast. Staff were really friendly and professional. Well set up to meet Covid conditions yet still felt relaxed. Room and all meals were great. Highly recommended

A cosy romantic weekend away.
A very comfortable quality hotel with friendly and helpful staff. High cleanliness generally with good Covid precautions. We booked last minute for a weekend romantic break and just wished we could have stayed longer. Excellent food at both breakfast and dinner. It is well placed for North Norfolk’s attractions. Not cheap but good value for money. We shall be back!

Great weekend

Lovely country getaway. Lovely people and hotel. Could have done with more staff as they were very stretched at times and a fan in the room could have done with air con as it was stifling in bedrooms at night. But we really enjoyed our stay. Food was superb.

The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and the room was spotless. The restaurant is spacious and the food delicious. I would definitely recommend The Pheasant Hotel to friends and family .

This was our first stay at this hotel and there was very little we didn't like although we thought the food prices a little bit expensive. We look forward to returning in the very near future.

Impressive looking hotel approaching it from the entrance .The interior of the hotel was immaculate and the actual hotel room was clean with nice touches like a Nespesso coffee machine and proper milk in the fridge ! The dining room was impressive as was the orangery next to it .The staff were very attentive and friendly .The whole experience was superb and felt very rested .Lots to do if you enjoy walking down to the North Norfolk coast and beyond .Holt has excellent shops ideal for Christmas shopping .

fantabulous
I have just spent 4 amazing nights at this fantastic hotel on the North Norfolk Coast. The room was very well appointed, fresh milk and a large bottle of water ( in a glass bottle ) in the fridge; ironing board and an excellent shower. The staff were professional and accommodating. The breakfast and evening meals offered a wonderful choice of locally sourced food.
