## House Rules
By reserving Ocean72, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following house rules.
* Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly.
* Smoking inside the home will result in a $3,000 cleaning and remediation fee.
* Please disclose any RV, boat, or trailer when booking.
* Undisclosed pets are subject to a $500 fee (verified service animals excluded where applicable).
* Pet owners must pick up pet waste. Failure to do so will result in a $50 cleaning fee.
* Pets must be crated when left unattended. A crate can be provided upon request.
* Pets are not permitted on furniture or beds.
* A valid government-issued government ID is required for the reservation.
* Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. Please respect our neighbors by keeping noise to a minimum.
* Parties, events, and unauthorized visitors are prohibited unless approved in writing before booking.
* Bagged household trash should be placed in the gray bins.
* Recycling should be placed in the blue recycling bin.
* The home is inventoried before and after each stay. Guests are responsible for any damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning required.
