"This property was perfect for my wife and me on our 25th anniversary. Beautiful pool, location is just steps from the beach, and the Villa was spotless when we arrived. Host was also very responsive at check in an attentive to any questions we had. There are plenty of beach essentials at your leisure so no need to pack extra stuff on your trip. Very quiet neighborhood for nightly walks. Very close to shops in Anna Maria and restaurants in Holmes beach. Value is fabulous for this Villa. Looking to return again next year."

"Our family of 7 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. The inside was very clean, the beds were very comfortable and the owners have graciously stocked it with everything you will need. This is the first time I've stayed at a rental where I didn't have to run to the store for supplies. We like to cook our own meals, so having the 2 kitchens was great for us, and again, these kitchens have everything. We also loved that we could put the grandkids to sleep on one side of the house, and we could stay up and visit on the other side, without disturbing them. The outside is also very nice, with 2 gas grills, 2 outdoor showers, a hammock and plenty of places to sit and eat in the shade. We all loved the pool, especially the grandkids, and used it every day. The pool was just as clean as the house and the water was crystal clear and the perfect temperature. The pool area is nicely landscaped and it was quiet and private. You can tell these owners take very good care of this property. Thank you June & Bob for sharing your beautiful home with our family!"
