« Le personnel est très gentil. Ce qu’il faut améliorer : 1\. la salle de repas et petit dej au niveau de la réception c’est vraiment étrange et gênant 2\. Nous avons attendu près d’1 heure pour avoir le petit déjeuner (beaucoup trop long) 3\. Aucun service proposé à l’arrivé, pas d’informations (simple remise de la clef ). 4\. Nous avons eu 4 réponses différentes pour l’horaire du petit déjeuner et pareil pour les tarifs . Globalement personnel très gentil mais semble peu professionnel. »

« The lady owner was friendly and lovely from the moment I arrived. I was made to feel very welcome and was even treated to a plate of home made biscuits. The bed was comfy and I had an amazing night's sleep. Breakfast was served at a time that was convenient to me and everything was very fresh. The bread and jam were also home made. The property is in a very quiet location and in lovely gardens and provides a great place to stay during a visit to the lake district. »
