  • Escape to the charming south end of Topsail Island. This stylish 4-bedroom vacation duplex home sits just two blocks from top-notch restaurants and entertainment, with the beach 1.5 blocks away and the sound just steps out the back door.

    Summer rental is a Sunday to Sunday stay. Avoid the high Saturday turnover and enjoy a full Saturday on the beach!
    **The Home**


    Step inside and discover beautiful LVT flooring, a modern granite kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and a spacious living area designed for gathering. The master suite on the first floor features a king bed and ensuite bath, with a queen guest room and kids' bunk room (twin bunks + convertible couch) on the same level. Upstairs, a second queen guest room has an enclave with a desk — for staying on top of work, if you must.


    **Everything You Need Is Here**


    We've thought of the details so you don't have to. Linens, towels, and essential paper products are included in our duplex home. The kitchen is stocked with cookware and essentials, and our "pay it forward" pantry comes loaded with seasonings, condiments, and basics — take what you need, leave what you can for the next guests.


    For beach days, we provide a beach cart, chairs, a pickleball set, and beach games. Need body boards, surf gear, or bikes? Sweet Dreams and 50 South Surf both deliver directly to the house. Use Instacart to have groceries from Publix delivered to your door, or grab fresh seafood from Lewis Seafood market a few blocks north.

Great house, great vacation

We had a great time, really impressed with communication and response time with the owner. The house was well stocked and close to both the beach access and restaurants. Also great sunset views from the back deck. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and will be back soon.

The house, location and town was perfect. Short walk to the beach short walk to the bay for fishing. The town had a lot to do and the stores were very conveniently located. Definitely booking next year.

Beach vacation

Great location. Very walkable to the beach, restaurants, local shops, house was well stocked with supplies. The only negative I can even come up with is that the primary bedroom mattress had a plastic mattress cover which was noisy and made the bed warm/not breathable. Minor in the scheme of things. Great property, would definitely stay again.

Quick Trip to the Beach

Home was very well appointed and as described. Lots of extras so if you forget anything, they probably have it. Love the “pay it forward” approach because the kitchen had every spice I needed! Location is very close to beach access. Great communication from the property managers. The main grocery stores are a little far (20min) so make sure to bring what you need or stop on the way in so you don’t have to drive out. Overall it was a great stay with really nice views and lots of patio areas off the living rooms and bedrooms to enjoy the sunset.

Much needed beach trip

Enjoyed our stay great views all over the property and definitely came in handy being fully stocked when there were things we forgot to bring. Walk to the beach is not long but be sure you grab everything the first go. Would recommend staying here for families and groups of 4+ as there is a great deal of room. Would love to come back here in the future!

Can’t wait to come back

Perfect for a true getaway! We stocked up on food the day we got there and basically never left. The beach was awesome. The little shops near by were great. Hoping to make this a yearly thing :)

The house was clean and not far from the beach. They had everything you needed to cook with which was nice because when we go on vacation we cook at home and eat out once. Not far from beach or sound. Great place.

This property was exactly as advertised! Easy walk to the beach plus view of the sound. Sunrise on the front porch, sunset on the back. Had minor issue with the dishwasher that the owner fixed very quickly. We love Topsail and would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful rental home with amazing views of the sunset. There are three big balconies. Very spacious, comfortable beds and well-equipped kitchen. Living room has comfortable sofa with a big TV, lots of board games. The owners are very friendly and responsive via cell phone. Short walk to the beach and town center. Located in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. We loved our stay and would visit again.

Excellent beach getaway!

This home was perfect! Everything was just as pictured. We had plenty of room for 9 adults. The location was great - quiet and close to the beach. They were right about the sunset; it was spectacular!
