Egrets Walk, Beautiful Ocean Views, Easy Beach Access

"We've stayed in Tom's Egrets Walk for the last four years. It's close to where our family congregates for our yearly family reunion. There is always plenty of room. He supplys all amenities you could want. We come from the other side of the country and can't haul sheets and towels and whatever else on the plane. That's a huge plus! He's always ready to help if there's a need. Highly recommend."
Balcony Ocean Views, Beach Access, Seasonal Pool!

"Our first trip to Topsail Island and Surf City and our experience with Paragon and with the Salty Pineapple was simply fantastic. The condo is roomy and very tastefully decorated (also some fun pineapple tchotchkes throughout) with quality furnishings and a fabulous deck with a straight-on ocean view. A/C, TVs and Internet all worked flawlessly. The condo was very clean and well organized. A real surprise and unexpected benefit is the wonderful countertop icemaker that makes the great pebble ice -- it was a treat and we never had to buy ice for our water bottles. We only stayed for four nights, but it was perfect for our family of four (with two late teens) last-minute vacation. Great location, easy parking and just a short walk through the courtyard to the beach. The complex pool is also huge and nice and the staff were friendly and attentive. I'm actually a little sad I didn't get to speak with anyone at Paragon, but that's because the booking, follow-up and check-out was so easy, and was completely online that I never needed to contact anyone. Based on our experience, I highly recommend this property and offer kudos to the owners and management for doing it right!"

"This is our fourth year staying in this location and we have already booked for next year so that should say enough! We have a multi-generational family coming from all over the United States and all stay comfortably - including a newborn! We gather on the deck in the mornings for coffee or by the pool in the afternoon and back on the deck in the evenings after we can all sit at one table for dinner! In the mornings, some walk to breakfast, some head to the beach, some go for a run or to the pier to fish. The great thing about this location is that all of these things can be done without getting in a car. The newest addition we enjoyed walking to this year was Saltys Surf Shack - where you can have a cocktail or beer on the beach before dinner. It was another great year of memories and am already looking forward to next year."
