The open-concept home sleeps six people and has two full bathrooms. This unit is a rare find at Surf Condos as it has a washer & dryer in the unit. Step onto the balcony each morning and sit at the table with your cup of coffee to watch the sun rise, or lounge there in the evening with your glass of merlot before you turn in for the night after a day in the sun. A peaceful night's rest will find you during your stay at this sweet condo. There are two sleeping areas which offer privacy and space. The home has a primary bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom; 2 twin sleepers in the living room with ocean views; and a fun loft with a king bed. After a good night's sleep, you'll be ready to explore all the area has to offer. Walk over to the many restaurants, breweries and bars, or shops close by. After some exploring of the local area, go back to the condo and take advantage of its conveniences. There's a large community swimming pool with lounge chairs in the shade or the sun, and although you'll not need laundry because there is a stackable washer and dryer in the unit, the condo has its own facilities. There is not only one, but two, private beach accesses on the property so you can saunter over to the white sands with ease. Grab your book and beach chair and head over to the beach and become lost in the sound of the waves. Nearby there are multiple beach shops where you can rent a boogie board, surfboard, and other beach essentials. Visit the Surf City Pier and drop in a line while you chat with other locals and vacationers. Take home your catch-of-the-day and create a gourmet meal in the kitchen, well-equipped with stainless steel appliances. Please note: Community pools are open May - September. Weather permitting these dates may change. All Coastal Premier Properties rentals come with bed linens which include: · Full set of linens for each bed · 1 bath towel, 1 hand towel, 1 wash cloth per person for the number the house sleeps · 1 bathmat for each full bath · Bed making is not available Please contact us if you would like to order additional towel sets. It’s worth it! Condo description of rooms, sleep accommodations, washer/dryer, etc., is accurate. Upon entry we checked all rooms, appliances, ceiling fans, etc., and reported malfunctioning items. Property office immediately dispatched a repair staff. A book or other written posted instructions for operating the TV, 14 foot ceiling fan, frig (filter needed replacing), would be helpful. Only one parking pass, but clearly at least a second or third one should have been available for a condo that large and able to sleep 6 guests. The top of what looked like a second pass was in the holder without any identifying unit info. We improvised, made parking passes, called and reported, annd requested andditional passes, and spoke with the parking lot/gate attendant to avoid family from being towed. Condo sleeps six so passes should be provided for at least 3 vehicles. Overall it’s a great condo and perfect location! ##### Cindy W. The unit is recently updated and well equipped, and made a great home base for our family for a relaxing week at the beach.
