This is probably the worst managed hotel I've stayed in during my lifetime. Numerous things were broken: 1 one treadmill in the exercise room, the drink vending machine, the coffee/cappuccino maker in the lobby, the waffle maker for the breakfast.
Before the coffee machine was deemed broken, the staff had to scrounge up cups because they ran out. The only ones they could find were 9 oz cups for a machine that makes 12 oz cups.
The provided breakfast was pitiful. There was no juice. There was no butter for the toast. They were just out. And no waffles since the waffle machine was broken. We were fortunate that the eggs and sausage were stocked when we arrived. I was shocked that the eggs had a slice of cheese inside with no indication on the warming dish. This could be a horrible surprise for someone with a cheese allergy.
The hotel room was surface cleaned but there were cracks in the sink and mildew between the tiles in the bathroom. The carpet in front on the beds was sticky.
It's an older hotel. For the price paid, it was definitely not worth it.
There were 2 positives...one was the employees. The front desk staff was phenomenal. They were friendly and they attempted to deal with some of the issues as best they could...with a friendly demeanor.
The second positive was the pool/hot tub area. It was super clean and well maintained. We appreciated that the staff had neatly laid towels on the back of the chairs. It almost made the pool area feel like an upscale spa.
