Awesome Holiday home, 2 bedroom 1 full bath & and extra shower.
Florida room with day bed. Can sleep 6 people. Totally upgraded with Granite counters tops, cherry wood cabinets stone floors. Cable TV in bedrooms and living room. WIFI, Fully furnished kitchen, Ice maker and filtered water. Full sized front loader washer and dryer, Garage, Fenced yard, safety fence around pool. Fully fenced yard.
Pool floats flotation devices are allowed only at the pool, and are not allowed for use outside the pool, beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers. Fishing poles, and bike rack if you want to go on the pinellas bike trail near by.
Quiet dead end street. Relax or fish by the water or just float around in the heated swimming pool. Tarpon Springs Sponge docks is 3.9 miles away. They offer lots of shopping and novelty stores, Restaurants on the water. Take a cruise on Dolphin watch boat. A lot of fun stuff to choose from. If you wish you can choose to make split payments.

The home was clean and comfortable. Of course, the back deck and the pool were amazing. Such a relaxing and beautiful place. Nice sunsets. And I got to see an alligator swimming around. The birds were lovely too.

Cute waterside house with pool

My husband, adult daughter and I (with our 3 small dogs) had a lovely 5 night stay and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. The house is so cute (love all the art on the walls), the kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and the pool was fantastic! We swam every day we were there! Lots of floats for the pool, beach toys for kids, and the outdoor space was great. We sat on the patio and had coffee in the mornings, and relaxed in lounge chairs on the deck in the evening to enjoy the sunsets and have cocktails. Communication with Ellen was flawless and she truly made us feel “at home”- we’re already planning a return trip in September! We enjoyed visiting the Tarpon Springs Aquarium and tge Sponge Docks, as well as visiting Fred Howard beach to watch a beautiful sunset. We highly recommend this vacation home for a relaxing, chill vibe. Rose Williams

Wonderful stay!

The property was great, we enjoyed our stay! Elaine was very communicative and we will stay again! She allows pets to stay but we didn’t bring ours this trip. You would never know that pets are allowed as the home smelled good and no traces of pets. My husband is severely allergic to cats and did not experience any irritation as he normally would staying anywhere that a cat had ever stayed. The house was very clean and the beds are comfortable! Thank you!

Great Place To Stay

We wanted a place to stay while we attended Phillies game in Clearwater. The house was well equipped with a nice swimming pool, great deck, and on a small lake complete with wildlife including alligators. The beds were extremely comfortable and the owner Elaine was a joy to deal with.

Adorable Little House Close to Lots of Old Florida Attractions

We were wanting to take a little getaway and decided to keep it local to support those who were affected by the recent hurricanes. This rental was perfectly located. It is a small house, but the outdoor space makes up for it. Who wants to just hang out inside when you have a great view and lovely outdoor space to enjoy. We were so happy to be able to bring our dog, and the owner was so nice and checked in on us to ensure our stay was going well.

Relaxing weekend

The house has a cozy home feel to it. The backyard is the perfect place to sit back and relax while enjoying nature. The birds, turtles and alligators where so nice to watch. We made weekend plans that we had to cancel due to the weather but the house provided everything needed to make it a great weekend. I would definitely return.

Labor Day Weekend

The house was great for 4 of us. It had everything we needed, plus a great back deck and pool where we could relax. The back yard was a little oasis. We tried fishing, but no luck. We did make friends with a local alligator. It is florida and it is to be expected. But no worries as we were on the deck and far enough away to just admire him.

Wonderful Backyard & View

My wife and I live in Tampa and wanted a little getaway for the weekend for some R&R. It was just what we needed. The home had everything. We enjoyed the pool and all the patio furniture was perfect to enjoy the view. There were a few pool toys provided. The neighborhood was very quiet. I loved having a garage to put the car in during our stay. Our host Elaine communicated with us to make sure we had everything we needed when we got there. We plan on returning in the near future.

Vacation Amenities

This vacation property is more geared for younger families. 1.) Pool had a ladder with only 2 steps making it hard to get out of pool. 2.) Beds are against the wall so someone needs to climb to inside. 3.) Owner requests that you put air on 78 degrees when you’re not at house and no lower than 76 when at home. 4.) The house is very dark inside, especially in the kitchen. Note: These are all things that at a younger age I may not have minded. It is close to everything, but to get to it you have to go down through some really old neighborhoods which not all homes are kept up. The vacation house itself is clean and well cared for though.

Great Place

We stayed for 9 nine nights and it was a great quiet area. The house is as pictured and fully equipped, the outdoor area is beautiful and loved watching the birds. The host Elaine was outstanding from check in time to check out.
