Customer Service is very poor. It doesn’t matter to be in a country like Cuba to have a good service and have people feel respected and cared of what have being paid for. Rooms are nice, but no shampoo not enough towels even if asked. Continental breakfast is a lie, cooking is good, but service is the worst. We ordered dinner and they came with something else with no explanation or apologies, when I asked the guy about what we ordered he just said : oh yes, but it’s over. Unbelievable! Nature is beautiful out there!
