"We got let down by another hotel a week before travelling and the Irshad was still available to take us in just before the F1 race weekend. It's got a lot of good points - the staff speak English (not always great but miles better than my Azerbaijani or Russian!) and are really helpful and friendly, it's got 24-hour access with a reception that is always staffed which was really useful. Breakfast might be basic for some people, but it was full of things I really like - olives, bread/toast,...

"We really enjoyed staying at this hotel. Location is amazing, nice view, cozy property, friendly staff. Food was great especially the dinner a la carte menu at the restaurant. "Filled in the online form to have 30min massage add on which was not scheduled - the spa apologized multiple times and gave me a 30min massage for free. Left my credit card on the front desk - they hired a taxi driver to chase me to the airport and sent it to me. Such awesome service! "
