"Great apartment for our visit to Nürburgring. there was 2 adults and 1 child. It is about 10 mins drive to the viewing at Brunchen. and less than 15 minutes across a lovely road to Adenau. This is a quiet village without shops etc - this suited us. Very quiet location. The apartment mezzanine level has very low headroom, this was OK as the younger ones slept up top and older downstairs. Finding the actual apartment was not easy, a neighbour helped us. "Hotel was ok, but could be better. Mattress was very thin and umcomfortable. Duvet was oddly smaller than the size of the bed which made it difficult to use. It was twin sized while the mattress was queen sized. Maybe it’s a German thing. The air conditioning had an administrative lock on it so the room never got below 24 degrees even though I had the system set to 19. There were several large spider webs in my room and a big clump of hair on the bathroom floor. Not very clean. Staff was nice though."

"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Absolutely fantastic stay – perfect location for the Nürburgring! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! The location is unbeatable — being right on top of the Nürburgring makes it the perfect place to stay, especially if you’re visiting for the track. It’s incredibly convenient and really adds to the whole experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff were brilliant. Everyone we spoke to was extremely friendly, welcoming and helpful, which made the stay even better. The parking was another huge plus — safe, secure and really easy to access, which gave us complete peace of mind with the car. The breakfast buffet deserves a special mention too. There was such an amazing selection with plenty of choice, and everything we had was delicious. It was the perfect way to start the day. And if you get the chance to upgrade to one of the GP Track Rooms — DO IT! It is absolutely worth it. Being able to overlook the GP track and have that view from the room was such a fantastic experience and really made the stay feel extra special. Overall, we genuinely couldn’t fault the hotel. Fantastic location, brilliant staff, secure parking, an excellent breakfast and an unforgettable Nürburgring experience. We will 100% be returning, and next time we’ll definitely be staying for much longer!"

"I didn’t realize that there would be no one at the reception desk of the hotel until 3 pm, so there is no where to leave luggage before check in time. The train station does not have luggage lockers. The apartment building has 4 floors without an elevator, you don’t know your room number until you get your key, we ended up on the 4 floor with 64 stairs! The method for getting your key was pretty slick, you don’t need to go to reception."

"Lovely historic hotel in a beautiful spot next to the Rhine (Beer garden particularly beautiful on a sunny afternoon in early September!) Our room was a generous size and comfortable. Dinner was delicious and in a beautiful setting with amazing views and breakfast equally good, with a good amount of choices to suit everyone. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful which all made for a great stay. Thank you so much"
