It is important to understand that there are 4 separate accommodations at this address.
We booked the "Dreamlike Yurt".
We are a family comprising 2 adults, 2 children and a dog. Approximately one hour after arriving and checking in, we decided to leave again, and simply go back home. We were unable to request a cancelation through the booking app, and were also unable to cancel directly with the hosts, so we lost the full payment for the 10 night booking.
I don't want to criticize the accommodation or the hosts. That is not the purpose of this review.
The purpose of this review is to advise future guests to be extremely cautious, and to make sure that they fully understand exactly what they are booking. You should not make any assumptions here, and you should ask about everything that is not 100% clear.
Some insights that we can share are:
1) The Yurt accommodation is much smaller than it seems in the pictures. The front door opening is approximately 165cm high and the outdoor kitchen counters are approximately knee height.
2) There is no running water inside the Yurt. All water is introduced and removed manually.
3) The compost toilet is the only toilet that is available for guests of the Yurt. There is no other toilet.
4) The refrigerator and the shower at the main house are shared by the Yurt and 2 of the other accommodation units at this property. There is no refrigerator inside the Yurt.
