We stayed for one night and loved this place. Staff are very friendly, room is clean, bed comfortable, bathroom spacious, and it's very quiet. The best is their breakfast with so many varieties and all very fresh. We will definitely stay here if visiting Iceland again and will highly recommend it to everyone visiting that area.

Arrived at happy hour and enjoyed the hotel bar before going to our room. Staff was friendly. Hotel is convenient for walking through town. Beds were not good. Could feel springs - pillows were terrible.

The main hotel was nice, lacks an elevator and youmany have to climb two flights with luggage. They also have outer buildings with rooms. The hotel and breakfast were good, the beds in the room we were in wasn’t great. Only one pillow per person in the room as well. Breakfast was nice with standard options.

We only stayed for a night given our itinerary but were very pleased with the friendliness of the staff and how clean the hotel was. The only inconvenience was getting to our room as we had to go up a flight of stairs and then down another to get to our room, which is just an odd setup.

The guy at the front desk was one in a thousand who was able to pronounce my name correctly. Nice job! The hotel does not have elevator but the front desk staff offered to lift the luggage upstairs if needed. They really didn’t have to, but their offer is heart warming. The room is a small sized room typical in Iceland, but the layout and fixtures design seems thoughtful to make the room functional despite the small size. I’d recommend the hotel investing in more effective black out certain and allow the guests to turn off bathroom fan if they prefer.
