Historic Downtown Kissimmee Vacation Packages

"I have so many conflicting feelings about this hotel. On the one hand, it’s clearly undergone some serious renovations, but on the other, many corners were dirty and there was rust in many places. The renovations are gorgeous, with beautiful high end upgrades and touches (my teen and tween were both fascinated by the mirror in the bathroom), and the decor was modern, but not weirdly so. The holiday decorations were absolutely stunning. The rust in the bathroom sink, and the dirtiness (from age, not really dirt), really took the hotel down in my opinion. The other thing that was a bit weird was all the Christian stuff. I’m not anti religion, but the Biblical quotes on the walls seemed inappropriate, especially as it’s not advertised as a “Christian” hotel, as they likely get guests of all religions. The one thing I REALLY found annoying was not having a 24 hour front desk. We arrived around 9 and had to go 1.5 miles down the road to a different hotel to get the key. Fortunately, we had an excellent Uber driver, but if we hadn’t I don’t know what we would have done. Overall, I’d stay there again if I had to, but I’d probably choose another hotel if given a choice.…""I have so many conflicting feelings about this hotel. "The pool was not heated at all which was unfortunate because it wasn’t super warm the days we stayed so we couldn’t really swim in the really cool pool which was one of the reasons for booking this resort. The service was great though, they were able to check us in early because our flight got in earlier in the day, and they were also able to hold our bags our last day after check out before our flight. "Self parking was very inconvenient especially since it's paid parking. You will need to park then call for a shuttle to take you to the entrance. We ended up paying more for Valet parking. Resort fees were pretty much useless since the time of the year we went were too cold to utilize the outdoor pools. The spa was closed due to covid. The shower liner and curtain should be washed or replaced--I smelled mildew as soon as I entered the bathroom. "The staff is very friendly and we were greeted with excellent rum punch drinks on our first day! Also, we really appreciated and are grateful for the housekeeping service.
