"La propiedad estaba en buenas condiciones para hacer unos de los hoteles más antiguos , las habitaciones tendrían que arreglarla un poco más , ya que mi habitación tenía unas cuantas cosas en mal estado como el teléfono que está en el baño tenía todo los cables por fuera ,el jacuzzi estaba sucio y la zona por donde salía el agua estaba rota, en el área de la piscina la mantiene limpia y arreglada , pero tendrían que prestarle el mismo cuidado a la piscina que está soltando los azulejos del fondo, por lo demás tiene un excelente servicio y la atención es súper buena"

"We stayed in a premium suite so we got the preferred advantages. The only thing that we didn’t like was the misleading “guide” around the property. It was just a timeshare waste of time. We left before they could even walk us back. Other than that we had a great experience."

"My solo stay at this location was superb. Between the amenities and activities, my stay was exactly what I needed. Be sure to stop by and see Tony at the excursions desk. He is by far among the most professional people I've encountered in all of my international travel. I enjoyed kayaking, horseback riding, cave exploring, and ATV riding. (Attached Picture shows a view kayaking along the coast). For food, bw sure to remake your reservations early (for the restaurants that require one), as seating tends to fill quickly. I would also try to enjoy the buffet areas (if thats to your liking) earlier than later as the public space can get busy - particularly for dinner. (Attached picture shows a view from part of one of the buffet areas). Overall, I had an amazing stay. I upgraded to an ocean front room upon my arrival and had ample space with an incredibly spacious room. This property is not to miss. Between the staff, amenities, food selections, and room I would gladly recommend this location."

"The resort was beautiful and clean! My only issue was it seemed like some (not all) of the staff did not care about our small issues (like coffee pot not working in the room) or other minor things. Overall the stay was great, but if you don’t speak Spanish the staff typically does not want to help you unfortunately."
