Montec is a very modern three-story house located in the center of Hippach, Austria. It offers a central, quiet, and sunny position, just 4 km from the skiing area and situated in a cul-de-sac. The property features a lift, central heating system, and a ski boot dryer. Guests can enjoy amenities like internet WiFi, parking for up to 5 cars, an EV charging station, and the option for an installment plan. The house is conveniently located near shops, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, bakeries, cafés, bicycle rentals, pub gardens, and the town center within walking distance. Additionally, there is 1 large double bedroom with 1 double bed and a satellite TV, as well as another large room with 1 bed, 1 double bed, a shower/WC, and a satellite TV. The kitchen/living room area is spacious and includes an oven, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, a toaster, kettle, microwave, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a sofabed in this area. The apartment features a separate shower/WC, heating, and parquet floors throughout.

The apartment offers a range of amenities to ensure a comfortable vacation. You will have access to a large terrace spanning 50 square meters, complete with terrace furniture and a barbecue area. The stunning panoramic view of the mountains from the terrace is a highlight. Additionally, the property provides free WiFi internet access and reserved parking for up to 2 cars.
