The only (minor) drawbacks were that there was noticeable wear and tear in a few places in home (the paint, the kitchen cabinets, outdoor living spaces). Sort of to be expected with rental properties. Great location for several nice golf courses. Plenty of space for 4 guys to each have their own room and bathroom. Game room was a nice feature!"

"Our celebration party had a great stay in this beautiful home in Westhampton. Everything was clean and ready for us when we arrived with advance communication from host Neil to help with driving directions. The WiFi password is posted on the entry-way board. The post and beam construction is gorgeous and we appreciated the print documenting the process hanging in the entry way. We pre-arranged with Evolve to bring our dog with us and she loved running around the backyard and took her kayaking....

The holiday decor was so pretty especially driving back to the cabin at night and seeing it lit up with greens and white holiday lights. The coffee bar was an added bonus to wake up to. Billy responded quickly to my texts at check-in and check-out. There is much to do in this beautiful area and the cabin was centrally located for the places we wanted to visit...
