Great location on the beach but not such a great neighborhood.

Great location close to the local restaurants, shops, and the walking path at the water. The large apartment gave us the space we needed to stay with family. The kitchen area is small, we purchased a few key items at DIY to make it more functional for us (sharp knife, spatula, towel). The swimming pool is refreshing and was empty when we were there. Washing machine in the unit is very useful. Hopefully they will add a rack to hang the clothes do drying.

Staff was super friendly & very helpful at all times. Breakfast was very good. Pool was nice. Room was good, with nice art decor, but it was a little dusty. But what caught our attention was the toilet room. It was very compact, toilet was positioned so close to the wall, your head almost touches the wall, making it kind of hard to do number 2, lol. But overall, good place to be in Dumaguete.

Staff was amazing. Jean was the first person that welcomed me. She spoke English fluently and provided excellent customer service. Thank you to Jean, Wilson, Joey, James, Ivan, Bella and Jerry. Visiting from Monterey, California alone made my visit extremely pleasant. Each employee had integrity. I observed that all of them took pride in their job and a strong team environment. Everyone was so accommodating, helpful, professional and most of all kind. The room was cozy, quiet, very clean, inviting and spacious. I requested a room with a window and they were able to provide one immediately. There was plenty of warm water for showering twice a day. Location is walking distance to City Mall approximately 12 min and about 4k from downtown. Wilson, the cook provided a delicious breakfast during my 3 night stay. He asked me the day before what time I would like breakfast served. He was timely and always served with a smile; a very pleasant young man. The hotel has a very nice cafe offering many different coffee drinks. It's a nice place to relax and have a cup of coffee. My only suggestion when relying on public transportation such as a scooter, ask what the cost is prior to getting on. A scooter driver charged me 100 pesos for a 5.5k mile ride. According to the locals, he should have only charged 60 pesos. Other than this, my overall stay at the hotel was fabulous. It was a blessing to stay at this hotel.

The staff was exceptional and very polite. The food was DELICIOUS and more like western cuisine. Best BLT I’ve had in years. Found some loose boards at the pool and maintenance fixed it right away. Mattress wasn’t that comfortable compared from other hotels I stayed at. A bit more expensive than other hotels, but still a nice place to stay
