Staff were very pleasant, chatty and helpful. Breakfast was lovely, although VERY busy. Room wasn’t especially clean - normally I’d have asked for another room or asked for it to be cleaned, but I arrived late and just wanted to get to bed. I didn’t get chance to use the facilities, but it looked lovely and was in a very pleasant area, with views across the lake.

To many non staying ppl, blocking hotel guests getting a seat around the pool. Quite Ordinary beverages and food selection. A charter resort not a country club. Fresh facilities however.

vi kom to par som hadde bestilt to rom og gledet oss til å bade i varmen. På siden når man bestiller, står det inkludert frokost og basseng, og ingenting om at dette må man aktivt bestille i tillegg. Vi stoler på informasjonen på hotels.com og tar det som en selvfølge at det er godkjent av hotellet. Vi har aldri opplevd lignende som det som skjedde her: Ved innsjekk fikk vi fikk vite at siden vi bestilte gjennom hotels.com hadde vi ikke tilgang på noen basseng! Men det kunne vi kjøpe selv. Dårlig løst og ikke imøtekommende. I tillegg bestilte vi designrom med utsikt til innsjø, fikk rom m utsikt til gravemaskin og grushaug, tujahekk og ikke antydning til sjø.. Vi hadde tatt med vennepar og gledet oss til avslappende og inspirerende døgn, noe som dessverre ble meget dempet av mottagelsen. Men, ansatte på restauranten fikk oss til å smile etter heller dårlig ankomst.

Helt fantastiskt hotell! Ger högsta betyg! Väldigt serviceminded personal, väldigt fint och fräscht överallt. Superhärligt poolområde utomhus med bar där man kunde köpa cocktails eller alkoholfritt. Lunchen i poolområdet kunde man beställa från solsängen och fick den levererad till sig eller om man hellre ville, sitta vid bord vid bar-delen. Bra musik i poolområdet, man fick lite "utomlandskänsla"... Även SPA avdelningen inomhus var helt suverän! Sköna relaxsängar överallt på hotellet, så mycket goda möjligheter att bara vara och slappa. Fick mjuka sköna morgonrockar och tofflor vid incheckningen. Mycket bra frukost, man kunde välja om man ville sitta inomhus eller utomhus och fantastisk mat i de två restaurangerna på området. Underbar utsikt från restaurangen över den närliggande lilla sjön. Vi bokade ett litet rum, och det var inte stort, men allt nödvändigt fanns och supersköna sängar. Bra dusch, man kunde tvätta håret utan problem..ibland kan det vara så svag stråle att det kan vara svårt när man har långt hår... Kommer definitivt åka hit igen!

Ett fantastiskt hotell. Rummet var mycket rent och fräscht, och personalen var otroligt välkomnande och hjälpsamma. Vi uppskattade verkligen att ta ett dopp i deras fina pool, och varje morgon startade på bästa sätt med en jättegod frukost. Rekommenderas varmt.
