This spacious and perfectly situated 4 bedroom, 4 bathroom home is located towards the main gate of Sea Pines, making coming and going a breeze! You're also just a quick bike ride to Harbour Town, as well as the free trolley stop which takes you to the beach, shops and more! The main level of the home uniquely has 3 living spaces. The main living space is just inside the front entrance with comfortable seating and a Smart TV, as well as views of the pool. A dining area beyond seats 6 comfortably. Just off the living area is a den that can be closed off. The den has a sectional sofa and a Smart TV. Down the hall, you'll find a full bath with a walk-in shower. The main level also has the spacious kitchen which overlooks a living area with a sectional sofa, as well as a breakfast table with seating for 4, making it the perfect space for games! There is also additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. Up the stairs to the 2nd level, you'll find a bedroom with a queen bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The 3rd level features a main bedroom, as well as two guest bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV, views of the pool with the golf course beyond and a private bathroom with a walk-in shower and soaking tub. The two guest bedrooms share access to a jack-and-jill bathroom with a large vanity and a tub/shower combo. The first bedroom has a king bed and a Smart TV. The second bedroom has a bunk bed with a twin on the top and a full on the bottom. The spacious backyard is sure to please with stunning views of the golf course, and a sparkling blue pool.
