The living area features comfortable leather furniture, new LVP flooring, a Smart TV and access to the patio area. The patio has multiple seating areas, including lounge chairs and dining tables. Inside, you'll also find the dining area with seating for 6, a bar area and a renovated kitchen with stainless appliances, granite counters and a Keurig coffee maker. Up the stairs, you'll find the bedrooms. The main bedroom has a king bed, Smart TV and a private balcony overlooking the patio and water beyond. This room has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The guest bedroom has a king bed, twin bunks and a Smart TV. This room has access to a hall bathroom walk a large walk-in shower. Schooner Court is located in Harbour Town Marina, and guests are just mere steps away from the expansive playground, shops, dining, water sports options and, of course, the famed Harbour Town Lighthouse and golf course. A free trolley runs during the season, taking guests back and forth from the beach and beach club. \*Please note: this property does not have pool access for 2024 as the South Beach Marina Pool is under construction.\* Please specify # of security gate passes are needed at time of reservation; 1 pass per car $17/week. Sea Pines Plantation is Hilton Head Island's original and largest planned resort. While it is currently the home of the annual Heritage Golf Tournament, it is the abounding natural beauty of Sea Pines in Hilton Head that beckons one to return again and again. Five miles of white sandy beach offer swimming, sailing, parasailing, kayaking, and fishing. For the land lovers there are 14 miles of bike paths, 3 golf courses, tennis, a broad range of shops and restaurants and top Hilton Head attractions that will please every vacationer. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Check-in instructions will be sent via email at least 10 days prior to check-in once the Rental Agreement is signed. The mattresses were in terrible shape. Had to sleep on the floor. Sunset Rentals promised a topper but never materialised.Shower head in MBR too low and water pressure awful.
