This beautifully renovated 1 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom dog-friendly condo is sure to please. The open concept floor plan includes a stylish and comfortable living area with a sleeper sofa, Smart TV and access to the private patio. The dining are is just off the living area and seats 4 comfortably. The fully upgraded kitchen features stainless appliances, new cabinets, quartz counters, shiplap walls and a Keurig coffee maker. A powder is located just off the kitchen as well. The spacious bedroom features a king bed, Smart TV and access to the patio area. The attached bathroom has a large vanity area and a tiled walk-in shower. St. Andrews Commons is located just inside the desirable Palmetto Dunes Ocean Front Resort. The community features an on-site pool open April through September and is a short 1.2-mile bike ride to the beach or an easy half-mile walk to the Palmetto Dunes General Store. All beach distances are measured from the center of the complex. Palmetto Dunes is an oceanfront resort on Hilton Head Island that stretches from the 3 miles of white sandy beach, through 11 miles of lagoons, 3 golf courses, and 25 tennis courts, to the bikeway under the William Hilton Parkway that provides access to the Shelter Cove Marina and Towne Centre. Located mid-island on 2,000 acres of lush island landscapes, Palmetto Dunes boasts one of the East Coast's premiere beaches, championship golf and tennis, and miles of bike and walking trails in a tranquil setting. Discover a plethora of world-class shops and restaurants at Shelter Cove, colorful yachts anchored in the marina and a beachfront bar and restaurant at Dunes House, all easily accessed by the free Dunes Buggy shuttle service in the summer season.
