Spacious Oceanfront Villa with 4th Floor Ocean Views!

This beautifully updated condominium is perfect in every way! Fantastic hardwood floors adorn the Living, Dining and Kitchen areas. The Kitchen is updated with granite countertops, tile backsplash, custom cabinetry and all stainless steel appliances. Of course, it will be fully-equipped with all the needs of home as well. There is a small eat-in Kitchen area with seating for four in addition to the Kitchen bar with seating for three. The Dining area is spacious and has an ocean view with seating for six. The Living Room has been decorated with a contemporary beach theme with comfortable and aesthetically pleasing furniture, flat screen TV and slider access to your large private balcony. The Primary Bedroom has a King bed, flat screen TV and en-suite Primary Bathroom. The Primary Bathroom consists of a granite double vanity, sunken garden tub and separate walk-in shower. The first Guest Bedroom also features a King bed, flat screen TV, slider access to the private balcony and its own en-suite Guest Bathroom. This first Guest Bathroom also has a granite double vanity, this time with a shower and tub combination. The second Guest Bedroom has two Twin beds, flat screen TV and en-suite bathroom. The second Guest Bathroom has a granite vanity and a walk-in shower. Windsor Place is an oceanfront complex in Palmetto Dunes that offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean. It offers a large complex swimming pool, Jacuzzi, children’s pool, sundeck and grilling area. A boardwalk leads from the pool deck over the dunes to the beach. Guests are close to everything that Palmetto Dunes has to offer golfing, tennis and miles of bike paths.

Our accommodations were clean & welcoming. The grounds to our complex were clean & well kept. Night life on HHI is pretty scarce, even the ice cream parlors close before 10. The beach is spectacular, plenty of pickle ball, tennis, bike riding & of course golf.

Reviewer Comments: It’s a wonderful view from 2417 Windsor II but the condo was not as well maintained as others we rented over the years from this building and others near by. Especially concerning was the small bedroom. It was occupied by an adult during our stay. The room had a very old and very small tv. I called Palmetto Dunes and asked if it could be replaced. The person at the front desk was very polite and said our request would be forwarded and we would receive a call back with the results. We never got a return call. The garbage disposal had to be replaced during our stay. The repair people from Palmetto Dunes were prompt and polite. Compared to the other condos we have rented in the same and nearby buildings, 2417 was our least favorite.

There have been some updates since last year and it's a very comfortable condo and includes everything you need for a wonderful stay, including beach chairs/toys, games, books, and a well-stocked kitchen. During our stay the outdoor grills were taken out, which we were not notified about and was an inconvenience because we used them often. Changes to the property need to be communicated to the guests. Other than that, as long as the condo and property continue to be updated as needed, this is a wonderful place to stay.

The unit has beautiful views of the ocean from multiple rooms and access to the beach is easy. We loved having access to the grills and hot tub on the complex grounds. The unit was spacious and allowed us to work, relax and have fun. The unit was nicely decorated and had all of the amenities of home. The only improvements we would recommend is installing a screen door on the second bedroom slider and replace the living room couches. Overall a wonderful stay and we hope to stay there again.
