Located mid-island on Hilton Head. Near golf courses and tons of family activities. Listen to the waves crash so close that you can smell the salt in the air. 3rd floor top unit 70 yards from boardwalk to the beachfront restaurant/bar & largest pool on the island. Work from the beach with our hi-speed internet. On site gym, bike rentals, convention center, 8 tennis courts, 4 pickleball courts, tennis and pickleball pros, 24 hour gated security. There is the Hilton Head Breeze Trolley that runs free and can take you around the island. Stops right at the resort. You can hear the waves crashing from this charming 1 Bedroom, 1 bath 3rd floor Hilton Head Beach and Tennis unit located in Ocean Building C. Just steps from the beach and the largest oceanfront pool on the island, this unit has everything you need for your next beach getaway. Tastefully decorated with inspirational beach decor the master bedroom includes a queen sized bed and private access to the bathroom with combination tub shower. Outside of the master bedroom are two twin bunk beds and a fun chalk board in the hall which leads to the open living area. The bright and clean kitchen is fully stocked with all of your cooking essentials and appliance needs. The open living area features a dining table with seating for 4, 42" Smart TV with DVD player, comfortable sleeper sofa and armchair, and sliding door access to the balcony overlooking the beautiful marsh full of wildlife and Atlantic Ocean. A starter pack of toiletries/supplies is provided- couple of rolls of toilet paper, complimentary hotel size soap/shampoo is provided upon check-in. 3rd Floor is accessed by stairs near unit or elevators in the front end of building furthest from beach. There are luggage carts near elevators to help you move if you have a lot of stuff. BBQ's are on site and there's a children's playground on site also. We have a booster seat for tots in kitchen cabinet, some family games in living room, and some beach items in front of unit behind the railing-chairs, buckets, shovels, boogie boards, etc.-these items change frequently as people leave stuff and items get damaged. Hilton Head Beach and Tennis Resort is a lively oceanfront resort community that offers 2 pools including the islands largest oceanfront pool with kiddie pool, 10 complimentary tennis court with night lighting, a playground, fitness center, conference room, 3 onsite restaurants, onsite bike rentals, and community grills. The resort is located mid island directly on the Atlantic Ocean and is easy biking distance to many restaurants, shops, movie theater, and mini golf as well as 40+ golf courses. There is a free trolley that goes by the resort. There is a map in the pictures to show the routes. The cost includes 1 free parking pass, any additional parking passes are $37 each We do snow bird monthly rentals fall until spring. Contact me for more. The pool was very nice and great access to the beach. The pelican View has everything you need. It also had fun games provided for a rainy day and little toys, sand toys, beach chairs and boogie boards for your stay. We rented bikes for a day and biked all over Hilton Head. Had lynch somewhere and stopped to enjoy views. Chris is a very kind host! Will be coming back. The place is tiny but just right for a little get away. We loved the view from the balcony as we watched animals at the marsh. We loved our early morning walks on the beach and sunset views from the beach. Lovely place. ##### Sarah B. The location is perfect for the beach and pool. The condo was clean and cozy. We loved all the ice trays so we could make lots of ice for our cooler for beach days. Only down side was the elevator being on the opposite end of the building furthest from the beach but we managed just fine. The condo included everything we needed, including beach chairs and boogie boards :). The free Breeze Trolley provided an easy way to get to shopping and groceries without a car. The property owner was in touch frequently with great information, including the info about the trolley. We loved the pool and the beach equally. The beachside restaurant was a great lunch spot. They did not greet me nor did they make eye contact when I was checking in. It made me feel unwelcomed. They almost seemed annoyed that I was checking in. Our rental was smaller than I expected but cute. It could use a good cleaning. Great location to beach. It was a nice weekend getaway. Overall mediocre for the price. ##### Allison S. I should have researched the availability of things within walking distance, because there is nothing. Room was clean on the surface, but could definitely use a deep clean. Owner of the unit was very responsive and helpful. Therenwere chairs and sand toys accessible for use. The elevator is on the opposite end of the unit and the beach. Yes there’s stairs unless you’re talking stuff/wagon to the beach. Very nice unit, bedding is nice, there’s a fan in the closet (bedding does get warm even when the a/c is a 68\. Lots of cooking stuff, extra beach chairs, beach umbrella, etc. suggestions for the owner. Turn the table under the tv into a coffee bar and buy a smart tv or an Apple TV box. (they’re not that expensive). The tv isn’t a smart tv, you can’t mirror your phone, there are no apps on the tv. The property is very nice, lots of kids. The pool looked nice, there is a volley ball area just for the property. Nice tennis courts. Not much of a view of the beach ##### Scott\` P. Pelican View condo is a perfect spot to enjoy HH. It had lovely natural views and was steps from the pool and beach. I would highly recommend it for families; our boys loved going back and forth from the beach to the pool! They especially loved the movie night at the pool! Thanks for sharing your condo with us. The furnishings, appliances, etc. were older, but in working order. Overall, a good place to stay. The walk to the beach was short. The onsite restaurant was reasonably priced and the food was good.
