This first floor 1 bedroom unit #132, has a queen bed with built in cabinets and mounted flat screen TV in the master bedroom and a private kids corner with bunk beds. In the living room, there is a sofa and a smart TV. With it's granite countertops, breakfast bar, and bistro table, this fully equipped kitchen with refrigerator, 2 burner stove, microwave, dishwasher, cooking utensils, washer and dryer, has all you could ever need. Wood laminate flooring travels throughout the villa. Breakers is conveniently located across the street from all the shops and restaurants at Coligny Plaza and a grocery store.
