It was quiet and peaceful! We loved having a security guard present 24/7. Restaurants and stores were so close, we rode our bikes everywhere. The villa had everything we needed. We’d definitely stay again!

Perfect location!
This property is literally right across the street from Coligny Plaza. It’s super convenient to shopping, dining, walking paths, and of course, the beach! I loved the distance to the beach and proximity to everything else. It was clean and had everything you might need. Will definitely be looking to stay here again!

Great location
We had a great time. The condo was comfortable and clean. We didnt cook but the kitchen was well stocked. We enjoyed sitting on the deck and overlooking the pool and beach. We walked the beach every morning and walked over to Caligny Plaza to eat. We rented bikes from Sharkeys. We look forward to returning to Hilton Head and would definitely stay here again.

So much to love!
When my husband and I read the reviews for this oceanfront condo, we thought it sounded too good to be true, but we decided that we were going to try it anyway! And are we ever thankful that we did! We absolutely fell in love with this cozy condo. It is beautifully decorated on the inside, but it is the view outside that is stunning. The balcony is perfect for watching dolphins, sipping coffee, or enjoying a beverage at sunset. The ocean is only steps away...steps that lead you through beautiful dunes. With Coligny Plaza right across the street, you never need to drive anywhere. Truly, so much to love!

Great location, Great Unit!!
The location was perfect, and the unit was nicely appointed. Returning to the Island after 30 years, we were not disappointed in the least. We are definitely planning on returning in the Spring and would certainly consider this unit again.

Bring on the sunshine !
Despite the threat of the hurricane, we had a great time. The condo was very clean, a fabulous location, and the agent was easy to reach and very helpful. All things considered, we would recommend this condo as a great place for two. The storm went on its way so we were able to walk on the beach,love the sound of the surf.

Great condo on beautiful stretch of beach
This condo has a great view overlooking the pool and the beach. It literally takes 2 minutes to walk to the sand, and this stretch of beach is long and beautiful! We would definitely stay in this place again!

Location, location, location
Loved being right on the ocean! We were close to restaurants. Skillets, Fish, and Caroline coffee and crumb were our favorites. Piggly wiggly grocery and bike rentals were a few blocks away. The décor and colors are tastefully done to reflect the beachy feel. The morning security guard was a “hoot” as well! Always sent us off with a smile on our face.

The location and the view... WOW
The location is amazing, as well as the view! 2_3 minutes to the beach and restaurants. The apartment needs some upgrade, flooring is updated and unleveled, my kids triped few times. The sofa bed is uncomfortable. However, we had so much fun and enjoyed our stay! Thank you

Perfect getaway
This place was better than expected! The location is perfect for those of us that want to park the car and leave it there. Everything is within walking distance to the unit including shopping, restaurants, and groceries. The view from the balcony is great! Easy beach access and a clean and a not so crowded beach were the icing on the cake! I will definitely try to book this place again!

Great location - a minute or two walk on the path to the beach, across the street from dining and shopping options. Cozy, clean and tastefully decorated. Enjoyed my stay. I had a question about how to use the lock and the owner immediately responded to my phone call.

We loved this rental mainly for the views and the location. My husband and I loved sitting on the balcony in our down time. The pool was pretty crowded with little kids and families over the weekend but we were able to go to the beach easily instead. We wished we brought our Amazon fire stick so we could stream movies (the rental only had cable just FYI)

This condo is perfect for a couple. Perfect location right across from Coligny plaza where there are restaurants, groceries, shopping, etc. the condo was well equipped and very clean. The view was great and we saw dolphins from the balcony a few times. The beach and area was very clean. The pool was small but not busy with lots of chairs to use. There are so many great restaurants and golf courses and shopping (2 Tanger outlets) closeby, all set in lush greenery so very non commercial looking. Susan was fast to answer any questions we had. I only wish there were bigger condos in the same building! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful clean condo.
The key word is MORE. More beautiful than the pictures, more clean than condos usually are, more equipped in the kitchen, more towels than we could have used. Susan answered our questions and was friendly and helpful. The view is stunning and the setting is gorgeous.

Enjoyed the room. Well appointed and great location convenient to everything. We didn’t have to use our car once! I will say the beach was extremely crowded directly behind complex but we were able to walk a short distance down beach to find a spot with more room. I would recommend this rental.

Perfect location for a HHI get away
The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Great view of the pool and ocean/beach. The elevator is still under construction. This was not a big deal for us. However, if stairs are a consideration for anyone in your party, note that the unit is on the 3rd floor.

Great location! Beach view is magnificent from the third floor. Beach, shops, dining all in walking distance. Down side no elevator, even traveling light there were a lot of uneven stairs. Also, having to carry trash down three floors and locate a dumpster was a bit much. This is a small space but has everything you need.

The Complex and view of the ocean from the balcony is lovely! The unit has been updated in the past few years with greys etc but is on the third floor. [Consider this if stairs or carrying luggage or coolers is a problem for you.] The unit is very small, pictures are a bit deceptive [open the front door and you are in the bedroom ] The complex is under construction, due to installing an elevator. This limits parking and access to some units on the same floor. We encountered many maintenance issues, reached out to the owner and got no satisfaction while we were there nor after we got home. Price quoted on VRBO does not reflect the additional fees of about an additional 30% charged at booking.

The location was great and the interior was comfortable. However, there was working being done on the outside that was loud and disruptive starting at 6 am on Saturday. Including by mid day on the units balcony, which caused me to leave a day early. It would have been nice to know in advance.

Great location on the beach and across from the shopping center. Property listed as having an elevator installed in the spring of 2020 but that is incorrect. There is still no elevator as of November 2020 which may be a consideration for some since this unit is on the third floor

Property was actually pretty nice once we found it. They are adding on an elevator which will be great but in the interim the signs showing where to find this room are missing. So we climbed numerous flights of stairs in various buildings trying to find the room. Once we found it the rest was easy. We actually ran into other people having the same issue!
