Welcome to this distinctive vacation property managed locally by Island Time Hilton Head.

2211 Seacrest has new LVT floors with walk-in showers, a garden tub, double vanities, and more!

This is a wonderful 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa located on the second floor of Building 2. Walk-in to the open-concept living space, perfect to spread out and relax after a long day at the beach and pool. The living room is comfortably furnished and includes a sofa bed. The primary bedroom is outfitted with king bedding and a walk-in closet. The second bedroom has two queen beds. Each bath is equipped with a walk-in shower, a double vanity, and a garden tub.

Enjoy the resort-style amenities at 2211 Seacrest. Seacrest is an oceanfront resort housing an indoor and outdoor pool, a fitness room, garage parking, and an elevator. This villa is in the Coligny Beach area, making it a perfect location to enjoy local and tourist attractions. There are plenty of restaurants and shops to choose from right at your fingertips! The best part is that beautiful beaches, beach breezes, and frozen drinks are right outside your doorstep.

Please note: The Seacrest complex will undergo a full roof replacement from September 2, 2025 – April 30, 2026. This villa will be directly affected from September 2 – November 3, 2025. Guests can expect construction noise and scaffolding may affect views during this time.

Great stay! The condo was perfect for us. Seacrest is a super location and the pools, having Pool Bar Jim’s on site, and being able to walk right out to the beach make it a clear choice for vacationing on HHI. The closest elevator to the beach / pools was not in service. That was the only issue. Being on the second floor helped with that! Highly recommend!

Short Walks Everywhere

We loved the short walks to the pool and the beach. Security on the property to ensure safety and to minimize any issues. Right next to Coligny Plaza. Nice having Pool Bar Jims on the property as well. We were able to pretty much walk to shop, eat, etc. Even had carts y push groceries back to the condo! If you have a family this is a great spot for you!

Amazing!

Came down with my family and this was the first time staying at seacrest and what a great experience from the start! We received updates about our check-in via email and text which made the condo easy to find, even in a thunderstorm. The condo is clean and no complaints at all. The pools/kiddy pools are awesome for both toddlers and adults along with the pool bar that made some good food and smoothies. Thanks, Will love to stay again!

Overall the stay was good. It was a little challenging to figure out the parking situation, such as the digital keypad location for the parking garage and what elevator to use. I would suggest asking for more towels and washcloths to take showers. They only give you the bare minimum of towels. They have plenty of cooking utensils and cookware; the trash locations are a little challenging to find. The overall stay was good in a good place with several pools and hot tubs. If you don’t mind, the drinkers from the nearby Bar and grill which offers pretty good food.

Nice condo

It’s a good Condo and our 3rd year staying at seacrest. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were nice. They provided a couple beach things but no beach/pool towels so we had to buy them. They provided both plastic and ceramic plates and cups which was great for kids. The washing machine and dryer worked but were very loud so it was hard to hear TV. They had 3 TVs with streaming set up Already which was a huge help. Indoor hot tub was open this year which kids loved. Gym was open but outdated. They left sample size soaps and enough dish & laundry soap for couple days. There was a keurig and coffee pot. Heated pool was great, other pool was freezing and hot tub was also refreshing for those windy day.s. A few things that dropped our rating: we had to drive to a separate location almost 3 miles away to get our parking pass. This is the busiest day on island and we struggled to find parking after that. Last two years pass was waiting for us in condo. Big inconvenience. No working can opener. We had to use a multi tool to open our cans. Linens could have been cleaner. Blackout curtains needed. We were woken up every morning by sun shining in our eyes. We had an issue and contacted the property manager and the only response was we will talk to owner. No resolution. Disappointing. Lastly, we arrived a bit early and asked permission to enter early. They said they would text us when it was ready and they never did. We sat outside the condo for over an hour waiting to be texted and no one was there cleaning or anything. Just left us waiting.

Good value would return

Good location for access to shopping, retail, local bars& food. Beach is an easy walk and has rentals available for shade. Only 1 of two pools heated so the other not viable and heated one crowded. Condo was clean and as advertised. The building facilities and common areas need some paint and updating in the near future
