  • Escape to this beautifully updated, top-floor corner villa featuring a wrap-around deck with breathtaking views. With high ceilings, coastal-inspired colors, and new paint and lighting throughout, this villa is the perfect blend of comfort and style.

    The recently renovated kitchen has stainless steel appliances and everything you need to prepare delicious meals for your family and friends. The dining area comfortably seats six, with additional seating at the kitchen counter for three, overlooking the spacious open-concept living area.

    Relax and unwind in the cozy living room, which offers ample seating, a large HDTV, and French doors leading out to your private balcony, ideal for taking in the beautiful scenery and watching local wildlife.

    The serene primary bedroom features a king bed, an HDTV, and an en-suite bathroom with a tub and shower combination. French doors open to another private balcony, perfect for savoring your morning coffee or evening drink.

    Venture up a charming spiral staircase to the sun-drenched loft. It includes a queen bed, a twin bed, an HDTV, and its own en-suite bathroom with a tub-shower combination, making it the perfect retreat for kids or extra guests.

Palmetto Dunes vacay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was lovely and we loved the location. We rode bikes, walked to Shelter Cove, and played golf on all three resort courses. I highly recommend this villa and Palmetto Dunes.

I will say that attention to changing air filters would be something to improve. The vents were pretty dusty and should have been cleaned prior to our visit.

It was wonderful receiving the check in packet in advance. The condo is clean, nicely decorated, and conveniently located near a pool. We rented bikes, which we used to ride to the tennis courts and the beach. We appreciated the owner sharing beach chairs and other supplies. The only thing missing was basic cooking staples such as salt, pepper and olive oil.

We Love Hilton Head

Agents are friendly, helpful and professional.They have an easy process to reserve a property and a generous cancellation policy. I will use palmetto dunes rentals for future vacations.

At Andrews Palmetto Dunes

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Flawless no contact check-in albeit it took us several attempts to locate our rental....the buildings need better signage in ST ANDREWS...maybe markers on the ground listing the four units in each of the buildings. Having stayed in PALMETTO DUNES dozens of times at a friend’s place in INVERNESS 1980-2000s we were nostalgic for a return visit so I BOOKED but booked PRETTY MUCH LAST MINUTE so there were limited options and there was a PICKLE BALL TOURNAMENT so might have affected availability....anyway the unit I ended up choosing was right next door to one of the island’s noisy fire stations (constant drilling) also next to a landscape maintenance hut/cubbie....definitely not ideal like our previous stays (I’ll have to book when there are more options available, if and when we come back. Unit was well appointed. Could have easily cooked just about any meal, IF YOU WANTED TO...we did not HA. VERY CLEAN and TIDY SPACE Decor was fresh and fun. Furniture looked new. Beds were super comfy. Appreciated professionally laundered linens, of which there were plenty. Nice touches included laundry and dishwasher packets....but IMO the provided shampoos/body wash needs to be more gender neutral COCONUT fragrance was well.....just wrong.....maybe switch to an ‘H20’ line similar to Disney’s?? EXIT door to deck was rotted and needs replaced ASAP...potential for injury there and we chose not to use it for fear of it breaking during our stay. Will stay in PALMETTO DUNES again I think the place is well maintained and beautiful and it’s one of the best locations on the island.
